Leasing manager was very informative, knowledgeable, and transparent. The building is also beautiful and clean!
We had a mixed experience with the application process. The leasing office team itself was absolutely wonderful — kind, professional, and very pleasant to work with. However, the people above them, who seem to handle the document verification and approval, were unfortunately quite unprofessional and lacked basic understanding when it came to reviewing submitted documents. They accepted bank statements without any issues, but when it came to our payroll documents, they said they "couldn't understand the file" — instead of asking for a new upload or providing a working link, they simply gave up. We even offered to provide secure access through official payroll accounts (like Safe Account), but they refused to accept it. Overall, it's frustrating that the higher-level processing team isn't as competent as the lovely staff in the leasing office. Hopefully, the management can improve this part of the process in the future.
I currently have lived in Hanover for 8 months and the entire staff has assisted me with my random questions. Also they have allowed the process of being a new apartment renter 10 times easier. I love the staff and I consider them a family. I still to this day recommend this apartment due to the area and the staff.

I lived in Hanover Laguna and loved it. We had to move for work but believe me I would have stayed if I could. Property Manager Tori and Maintenance supervisor Adrian are top tier and the rest of the staff is just as great. The location can’t be beat with so much all around. Anytime I had even the smallest issue, they were on top of it and handled it swiftly and accurately. I truly miss living there!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Hanover Laguna Niguel Apartments. The management engages in practices that I believe are unlawful and discriminatory. Despite meeting the necessary qualifications and offering to provide additional documentation to address concerns, my application was unfairly denied. When I attempted to escalate the issue and seek clarification, my requests were ignored, leaving me feeling dismissed and treated unjustly. I would not recommend this property to anyone seeking ethical and fair treatment.

Beautiful new complex right off of Crown Valley! The staff is so incredibly helpful, welcoming, and genuine. The property manager Caroline is seriously amazing! I’ve toured/almost signed with 2 other complex’s in the area and they seriously do not compare to the Hanover, price wise, cleanliness, design, and overall treatment by the staff. The facilities are amazing and brand new. Everything still has that brand new sparkle to it. Plenty of option to choose from as far as floor plans go and multiple colors as well. Caroline and Dylan were so excellent to work with. They were very accommodating with our schedules and showed us multiple units that worked for us. They were very knowledgeable and flexible and we just really appreciate the staff here for taking the time and effort. The apartments themselves are immaculate and brand new. A lot of thought was put into the small details and we really look forward to moving in. There’s a lot of great natural light that comes into the apartments and the amenities are top-notch. So grateful to have found this property.

Beautiful property! This company really takes pride in just the right finishes and details for the perfect brand. Comfort Luxury living at its finest! Caroline and her team are first class! Super friendly and knowledgeable. These amenities are top notch, you almost don’t have to leave!! My favorite is the club room overlooking the pool courtyard.

Hanover Laguna Niguel is truly an incredibly impressive structure to live in. From the moment you walk into the building you’re greeted with luxury design & welcoming staff. The staff are well-versed in property management, building amenities & housing. Working with them is a breeze, whether you’re a prospective or existing tenant. Caroline is by far the friendliest & warmest management staff I’ve ever met. From the moment we walked into the building she was attentive to our needs. Throughout our stay she has always been helpful; whether we need solutions for our stay or a helping hand with the amenities she is always available. Ricardo is the most talented maintenance staff I’ve ever met. He & his assistant Adrian are incredibly efficient & fast. You are in good hands with these too. But above all, the construction on this building is impeccable. The outdoor kitchens are beautiful & lux - so great for entertaining. The fitness center is well-equipped. The units are cohesive & well-built. The clubhouse is gorgeous! I would definitely recommend living here! I

Kima was so kind and informative during our apartment tour! We were able to see plenty of rooms as well as all the color schemes Hanover has to offer. The apartment rooms themselves and facilities are outstanding, and for the cost of rent it seems like a great value for what you’re getting. Would recommend for anyone looking to move into the area to check this place out!

5 stars for Kima & Hanover property . It’s clean, quiet,spacious and brand spanking new . Right off the freeway exit. Close to the mall & my favorite sushi spot ( Muse Sushi ) . Very convenient for us !love it !

Beautiful new property. Lots of different floor plans for different needs. Kima went above and beyond taking me all over different models and different floors to satisfy my pickiness. She had a great attitude and energy and was able to answer every question I had. The higher floors aren’t completed yet but will definitely be coming back when they are.

I loved the tour! Seeing both staged and empty apartments gave me a much better idea of the space. Kima did a great job sharing the details of each unit and the amenities. This made our decision just a bit harder.
