Just south of Charlotte’s downtown area, Dilworth is one of the city’s most popular neighborhoods. Dilworth has great rental opportunities and is a fun place for everyone that’s just minutes from Charlotte’s famous museums, stadiums, and arenas. Dilworth’s Latta Park spreads over 32 acres with sports facilities, hiking and biking trails, a playground, and a shaded picnic area. Other amenities like grocery stores, shopping malls, fast food restaurants, and schools all reside within Dilworth. Public and private schools are available, and the public schools are zoned into Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. Metra stations are located outside of town, and bus stations are conveniently placed throughout the neighborhood.

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Hanover Dilworth, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we walked in, it felt like we had stepped into a high-end hotel. The units were beautiful. The communal areas well decorated. The views were breathtaking. The roof seems to be quite popular with the pool and the views of the city. I was pleasantly surprised with the space saving ideas each units incorporate especially the studio. Special thanks to attentive staff, and especially Justin our leasing agent for the detailed information on the units and amenities, and answering all our questions. Overall, if you’re looking for an apartment that feels like a stay at a luxury hotel with all the comforts of home, this is the place to be. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an elevated living experience!

I have to say this place lives up to its high standards. It all starts with Careena. She gave us our tour, which was excellent, months ago. When we circled back to lock in the apartment, she went over and beyond to help us out…We were out of state, which made me think the process would be difficult. It wasn’t. She provided updated videos, extra things she did not need to do, but were greatly appreciated. Once we moved in, she checked in with us on numerous occasions. I see why she manages the property and selfishly hope she stays on for the duration of our stay, but wouldn’t be surprised if she moved up into the C-suite. The whole team here is top notch. From the concierge team of Miss Dee and Miss Karen , ( they always seem to brighten my day) to my brief interactions with Hayden and Wyatt on the maintenance team ( i couldn’t figure out how to use something incredibly obvious ) everyone here is wildly nice and great at their job. I wanted to wait to write a review till after I moved in, wondering if this place is truly as good as its reviews. It is. Ive lived throughout the country, and this is by far the best spot. If I were to move again, I would check in with Hanover to see if it manages a property in my new city. We looked at numerous similarly rated/ priced spots in Charlotte. You can’t put a premium on where you lay your head. Rent here.The gym could be a little bigger. Literally that is the only thing that could be improved. Very fortunate to live here.

My wife and I have moved nine times in the last twenty years. We have no doubt that Hanover Dilworth has been the best experience of all these properties – by far. We did a very thorough search for a new residence and kept being drawn back to the Hanover Dilworth. Bernard and the leasing staff were excellent. The features and qualities of the building were awesome. It has been a bit over a month since we moved in and we continue to experience exemplary service from all members of the Hanover team. We delayed our review, thinking that this was so unusual – perhaps it was a dream or would not continue. Wrong – The building is awesome, we love out apartment, and all of the Hanover staff (leasing, maintenance, concierge) have been helpful and so very friendly. One person in particular stands out and for numerous experiences - Dee the concierge. The lady is amazing! Best concierge we have ever seen or experienced. So helpful with managing movers, package deliveries, and solving any problem or question we might have. Where does she get the energy that we see every day? Thank you, Dee! I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience with Hanover Dilworth! Every member of the leasing staff, namely Bernard, Haley, Careena and Maddie (and others), were incredibly knowledgeable about the property and went above and beyond in answering our many questions. The Hanover Dilworth team also worked with us to ensure that we could get the exact floor plan and color scheme that we wanted on a timeline that worked for us. Six months later we finally moved in and are so thrilled with our new home! The welcoming and kind demeanor of staff was a standout when we were touring different properties, but now that we have moved it is even more evident that we made the right choice. Everyone has gotten to know us (and our dog, Winnie) by name and has taken a genuine interest to us. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about concierge- Miss Dee! Miss Dee has truly gone above and beyond. She helped me move my things in, get my bike settled in storage and even helped my friend gain access to our unit to tend to our dog when I was faced with a personal emergency. This level of care is top notch and unmatched at any other property. We are truly thrilled to call Hanover Dilworth our new home!

The apartment layouts are very spacious and with well thought out designs. Great location with easy access to Southend and the Dowd YMCA. Bernard was a great help showing us various layouts to the apartment and the wonderful amenities offered.

This was probably the best apartment tour I've ever had (and I've lived in many buildings over the years). Because it's a new building, they have a whole showroom floor that allows you to walk inside and see first-hand all of the different floor plans. Careena was an amazing leasing agent, walking me through as many floor plans as she thought may be suitable for me based on what I was looking for, and she was even able to walk me through the unit that I will actually be leasing (which is usually unheard of in apartment buildings!). I never felt rushed, and she was so knowledgeable about the building. Highly recommend a tour if you're looking for a new home, and I can't wait to move into this building!

Props to the construction team who built this place because it is beautiful! The units are great and the amenities are exceptional; you can tell that no expense was spared! The view from the pool deck on the 16th floor is second to none in Charlotte! If you’re looking for the premier apartment to rent at in the area, look no further.

Hanover Dilworth is in an excellent location, close to Southend and Uptown. Maddie gave me a tour and answered all my questions. The property is beautiful, and I love the amenities!

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the leasing and maintenance staff. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds and building are impeccably maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend Hanover Dilworth for your next apartment home.

This property is absolutely beautiful and in a located in DILWORTH!!! Wonderful location for those that want a nice home close to everything uptown and south end charlotte have to offer, but in the “nice” neighborhood. People there are great, friendly, open and honest. 5 stars for sure!!

What a Gorgeous Building and very nice apt truly luxury at its finest I really like the nice staff that they have at Hanover very Professional as well as informative and the VIEW to Uptown Charlotte is absolutely breathtaking this has to be the best looking building in The Dilworth area and let’s not forget the Amenities Hanover Dilworth is truly my home and glad to be a resident here

Professional establishment, my leasing agent was Bernard, very welcoming, open to every question and very detailed and knowledgeable with his answers. I viewed various layouts, all with very clean and homey aesthetics.

The building is impressive from the moment you walk in. From the great staff to the beautiful finishes. Hanover Dilworth has so many different floor plans to choose from and the staff really helped me to select a floor plan that fit the little things that I wanted. The staff (Careena, Liz, Maddie, Haley, and Bernard) have been so great! I’m so glad to call this place a home!

By far the best place I’ve toured in Charlotte the amenities are top the line and the staff was great and answered all my questions. Careena really went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and quick.

I had the pleasure of doing a virtual tour with Careena, and leased the V floor plan! Even though I could not be there in person she made me feel like I was there with her for our tour and answered all of my questions. The location is perfect and is close to my new office. Can’t wait to move in!
