Property Ratings at Hanna Heights South
We've lived here for 18 months now and with a job change, we were looking at moving out but we're keeping a longer commute in favor of a larger apartment instead. Kari and Chaz are awesome. Kari has been a wonderful manager and we've relied on her throughout the lease. We chose a 2 bed/1 bath and they were flexible with us moving here from another state. Now we're looking at a 2 bed den or 3 bed and we can't wait to move. Chaz is an awesome maintenance guy and handles all the stuff we need. We love the recycling and the drop chute for garbage is kinda cool. It's close to downtown and some really awesome cultural spaces, there are a lot of restaurants nearby and groceries are a short drive away. Just turn left down 15th and you're on the interstate so access is simple. Plus, you're not far from Ruston so there are beaches and waterfront close by. There are few options really close by but there are signs of options coming. There is a shelter across the street but there are few issues and taking a walk is often quiet, even during the day. The building is very pet friendly and you can enjoy the gym and community room or walk a block to the YMCA. Moving from our house (7 years) to an apartment and across states was a bit daunting but we found an exceptional place in Tacoma.
