Several unit layouts available, two bedroom plus office has excellent space, common rooms and workout facilities are nice, great location next to train and downtown Arlington Heights amenities, responsive staff.

Good building and great leasing office staff. Some features are older (in unit laundry) but well renovated kitchens and layouts. The community events are engaging and related to the neighborhood.

Great location, phenomenal maintenance crew, great office staff. Ameneties could be improved, but not anything I'd complain about either. Some of the games in the club room are broken, the gym is really small/lmited, etc.

We have been living here for over a year now and have really enjoyed it. The complex is in the heart of downtown AH, the community is great, and there are always lots of events being hosted by the complex. In addition, the maintenance crew work so hard to keep this place looking beautiful and working properly. Highly recommend!

The community is very inviting and kind. While moving in many people introduced themselves and had conversations inviting me to the building and the area. The area is well-lit at night. The sidewalks get shoveled and it is very easy to walk around anywhere.

Not a ton of apartment options in AH. Hancock square is fine. Nothing special, pricey for what it is. Amenities are so-so, not much of a community. But decent location

I love my apartment walking distance to almost everything I need, including Arlington Heights’ vibrant downtown. And the Hancock Square staff are friendly and on top of everything, including fast and efficient maintenance.

Some of the things I like most about Hancock Square are the features included in every apartment such as a clothes washer and dryer in my apartment. So convenient to do laundry anytime I want. The dishwasher is another feature I can't live without. The convenience of having a storage locker on my floor is another plus. Then add the beautiful fireplace in the common area and things are so comfortable. I love the herb and vegetable garden. They do all the work and all I have to do is pick whatever I want. Besides these great features, the staff members are all friendly and treat me like family. And the quick & efficient way they fix anything is the fastest service of any apartment complex I've lived in. It's the best place I've ever lived. Thank you Hancock Square.

Management is always the plus, no complain! Minus -Corridor carpet was already out date 5 year ago, smelling and looking bad due spills of garbage and liquids, dragged for years on the carpet. -One elevator permanently out of service, mean only one elevator available during moving,5 to 10 min. Waiting in peak hrs. -No building WiFi , today is very common amenity! In general my feeling is that new property want increase the lease increases Y/Y with no investment. Hancock square compared to similar places with fresh remodeling or new seem 15-20% more expansive.
Corporate needs to replace the elevators (they literally jump and your heart skips a beat) in the 200 building, the carpet (smells and has stains) and the decor and lightning is super out of style. New pool chairs are a must. Corporate please upgrade the 200 building. It’s way overdue.

Hancock square is a great place to live. They have many great amenities like the pool, gym, and parking garage. I have never had a problem with something since I moved in!

The staff is welcoming. This apartment is within walking distance from the metro and downtown Arlington Heights. Super convenient and the amenities are unbeatable

Would like to see updated pool chairs at the pool and grill areas. Blue chairs are super old and need to be updated! Elevators seem to have a lot of issues and people always get stuck in them. 299 building has nicer elevators than 200 building. Staff is great!
I love it here. Have been a resident for two years and have found the staff to be very helpful and engaging! I love the amenities provided and you can’t beat the location in downtown Arlington Heights!
hancock square is a great place to live. the building is kept clean, the office staff are friendly and cheerful and maintenance is always there to solve any issues that come up. can't think of a better place to live.

We have really enjoyed living here so far. The location, amenities, staff, and maintenance are great. The units are slightly outdated, but align with rental prices. Overall, we would recommend living here!
It’s been an excellent place to live. Location is great regarding local restaurants and entertainment, and Chicago is a 3 minute walk to the Metra.
Living at Hancock Square at Arlington Heights is comfort and pleasant. Especially the onsite service are provided efficient and effective. The leasing office staff are super nice and helpful, Dan and Lauren provide support immediately no matter it’s weekend or after hours,they are always be there willing to help. It’s the apartment you can trust.
Great complex! The apartments are updated and have nice amenities. It is also very safe and in a great location, so many restaurants and shops.
We have been here about a week now and both of us couldn’t be happier with our decision to move to this property. As compared to similar apartments we have found this unit is far more spacious than some of the neighboring properties. Move in was effortless and the staff was very accommodating to our specific needs. The unit and common spaces are spotless. So far all the amenities have met our expectations. We are so looking forward to getting in that pool and soaking up some sun.
The residents here are super friendly, the leasing staff is incredible and quick to respond, and of course the apartment and the amenities are top notch. I have no complaints.
