The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hampton House Apartments
6/8/22: Current renter of 1 berm. Nice apartment for someone single or coupled. Lots of close space, decent size bathroom, bedroom, and the living room is big! Smaller kitchen, but it also has a reasonable sized dining room. App operated washer and dryer on each floor. One parking space per renter and its a bit small. Other than that, you would definitely like this place. Reasonably price. Everything is electricity. My electricity bill is approximately $140 monthly, but I also work from home. FYI
