Property Ratings at Hampton Gardens
New appliances , totally renovated kitchen & bath, New hard wood floors, spacious. Quiet development. Any issues or repairs are addressed right . Nice dog park. Free parking.
I have been living her for almost 6 years and we are finally moving out. The initial years were great and without any issues. The management was quick to respond and handle any matters. Past 2 years have really been a disappointment. And to our surprise regardless of how careful and clean we try to maintain the place we have been seeing and infestation of mice and other creatures. What a shame.
Back in 2021 the newer management was great and the property manager was fantastic. There are no reviews since she left for a reason and sadly this place has gone straight downhill. There is no staff and the money hungry owners constantly tries to add fees or fine residents for ridiculous things and will even illegally tow your car but nobody even answers phones or emails here. The rent has increased dramatically in the years that we’ve lived here and it’s absolutely not worth it.

New management truly has taken this from 2 stars to 5. Very understanding and willing to work with you especially in the times we are in. Also upgrading the facility. Spacious living area, quite and safe.
Hampton Gardens is the place I was looking for my wife and ours pets , very quite neighborhood and excellent apartment’s quality . Dog park is great ours pets feel comfortable playing around. We had an issue with the AC and maintenance resolved it quietly. So far so good, can’t complain about.
Totally renovated kitchen & bath, hard wood floors, spacious. Quiet development.Very attentive new management. Any issues or repairs are addressed right away. Nice & clean laundry room. Nice dog park.
They are amazing here, we moved into a clean beautiful apartment , maintained grounds so beautiful and loction great, management amazing, they answered all questions and took care of all we needed, im so happy to join the family here ...
The property manager is very welcoming informative and professional. In my experience She have answered questions honestly and in a timely matter. Pros : -It’s a small community. -Great renovations. -Reasonable responses with maintenance and solving resident issues. - Free water, heat, trash, sewer -separate apartment entrance from other neighbors. - great commute to stores and transportation - laundry unit in community complex. Cons: -No washer/dryer in apartment unit. - storage space limited
New management has taken over and the apartments are gorgeous. The one bedrooms are so spacious and for the rent price this is such a good price because everything is included. No hidden fees. I was amazed on how spacious the one bedrooms are. The manager and maintenance personnel are extremely kind and understanding. I moved from another town, and my apartment definitely feels like my new home. Denise made the move in process very smooth and quickly. Any maintenance issue I have, I submit a work order online and the super shows up that same day or the next. I’ve thankfully never had to wait more than 48 hours for any issues to get fixed. I’ve had one emergency and I called maintenance. Maintenance was at my door in less than 10 minutes. I’ve only had one issue and that’s with the snow removal . When I spoke to the manager, she was nice and very straight forward with me. Any manager that takes the time to listen and actually do something about your concerns makes me feel like I definitely made the right choice to move here!
1 the kitchen and bathroom that just got remodeled has a lot of imperfections from the floor to the grout. 2 maintenance request will take months to fix!! 3 when it snows you better call out of work because you can’t get out of the parking lot
