Hampton Court apartments are laid out well and nice carpets. Love having full size washer and dryer. Dumpsters are kept up and clean. Nice management
Hampton Court has been a great community to be with. Manager and Maintenance are fantastic.
Very roomy units and lots of area to walk your pets
Hampton Court is a nice community to live in. Although the units are older, they are spacious and comfortable.
Hampton court management is so cool. David and Matt see to it that all the tenants are well taken care of and they do their job not just a job but they treat it as if it is their own.
The Manager and the Maintenance team is super great at this complex.
Hampton Court is a promising property. Covered parking, fairly quiet park setting. I like it here.
It is a nice place to live with some fixing up. The windows need replacing, new striping around doors, new slider doors and some repairing for leaks. It is a very spacious apartment and nice layout.

We’re living here only for two months , but we like it, it’s quiet , not a loud street, spacious apartment inside, lots of storage closets, the manager Matthew and the maintenance guy, David, is awesome, and easy to work with! We love the place so far, and would highly recommend it to others!
I have been living at Hampton Court for a two years now. I enjoy connecting with the wildlife nature and park like setting in the middle of a great area in Everett WA. This is a unique area to live and so happy I call Hampton Court home. Bob S

Me and my Family love Hampton Court. The floor plans are open and we love the vaulted ceilings. Great community, the staff in the leasing office and maintenance are wonderful and truly care about their residents.
