Property Ratings at Hampton Astoria
I am a former resident at this community, and Justin the manager as well as Austin welcomed me with open arms!! I loved ?? the events that they hosted for the residents! Also, he has worked with me in numerous ways and it’s appreciated!
Construction noises 6am, every day. Walls are thin, downstairs neighbor has a dog that whines all day. Luxury with cheap finishes. Trash didn't run after a bank holiday, and nearly everyone in the complex forgot. They never check (neighbors have their trash out on the wrong days and nothing happens), but they were sure to go around on the day after that and write fines to the entire complex. Money grab. Don't plan on having anything on your patio except for a chair or you'll get a fine for that (even if you're cleaning house and need to sit something out there), meanwhile construction workers urinating in plain sight and garbage everywhere from their mess 24/7. Luxury with cheap finishes and very small pool and parking for the amount of people here.
LOUD CONSTRUCTION! Starts everyday at 6am until 5pm . I do not recommend moving here until construction finished. I wish I was if times of this before I moved here this is such a deal breaker!
I am pleased and satisfied with my move-in. Its ambience calms my mind and the proximity to work and other necessities are indeed a plus. I love me some peace and quiet and this is surely HOME! Aside from the construction going on at the moment, I have no complaints as I am usually at work when they build and by the time i am back, they are done for the day. The line of communication is open with the team of managers and I get responses to my enquiries as needed. Overall, it has been nothing short of pleasing to live here so far
My husband and I moved into these apartments for a short term lease while we’re waiting to buy a house and we absolutely loved our time here. The price can’t be beat for the quality of appliances and amenities in the community. We love that it has a dog park and the location in town is perfect for us!
I had a patio facing the beautiful view of trees and now its filled with construction workers tearing down trees and breaking down the hill to build new apartments which will destroy the beautiful view. Its incredibly loud every morning and it looks like it will take over a year when the construction will end.

Hampton Astoria is striving to become the premier luxury apartment complex of Little Rock and let me tell you a few reasons why. My very first time walking into the office blew me away. There are complexes that say they're "luxury" but whoever did the interior design needs a bonus. The property leads are all accommodating and exceptional with what they do. The maintenance head is on top of his work with a quick turnaround. The view is absolutely gorgeous. Downhill from a literal mountain, I am able to look outside of my office window each day and see a beautiful rock formation. The gates work great, and are much more secure compared to other communities I've seen. Finally, this was a selling point for me, they have an all-in-one utility package for a flat rate each month which alleviates the need of calling multiple services and paying separate bills. Overall, by the time the property is fully built, it will be difficult getting an apartment because the residency rate will be so high.
Avrey has been amazing since the minute we met. He accommodated us in every way possible. He has been friendly, professional, and gone above and beyond to meet all our needs. We cannot thank him enough and are so glad we chose these amazing apartments to be our home!!!!
