This charming town is located about 20 miles from Wilmington and rests near the coast of North Carolina. Property Ratings at Hampstead Place
we moved to North Carolina from Pennsylvania May 2020 and had a wonderful experience with Hampstead Place from start to finish. Melanie was extremely kind and helpful throughout our move in process and supportive during our stay there. Sal is great too! We moved to a bigger home April 2021 but my husband and I will always have a special place in our hearts for Hampstead Place!
Hampstead Place is a nice community with friendly neighbors. I have had no problems living here. The manager is extremely helpful & got us approved & moved in within one day. Maintenance is great at getting any issues resolved quickly. The only downfall is the size of the apartments. They are quite small.
