I absolutely love this community! Everyone is so welcoming and helpful whenever you need something. I love getting fresh air while walking around the complex.

I have loved being able to move into this community! The office managers and employees have been extremely helpful and have made it simple to have a smooth move in :)

Move in experience was amazing Erica made sure all request were handled A few minor issues within the home itself that were quickly addressed

Overall it has been great, very quiet and peaceful, great location and traffic is good around the complex even at the busiest hours! Neighbors are so nice and polite.

Nice community to stay. Good location and proximity to everything near by. Recommend to anyone wants to feel like own house without responsibility of owning it.

Amazing place to live and safe place to be. Ireland the manager definitely helped make sure everything ran smoothly! She is easy to talk to and definitely helped make the moving process easy!

Our move in was very smooth, our apartment is very well equipped, the staff here are really nice and helpful, and the amenities are great. So far I see nothing that’s not great. I think we’re going to really love living here.

Once the apartment manager come to the complex, it was very easy to get our keys and get moved in. The maintenance man was also incredibly nice. There are still a few small things that don’t work yet, such as our key cards, even though we have been here for a couple of days. Overall, I am very impressed with the communication, and how well kept the complex is. I also appreciate how well lit the complex is at night.

It is a great community that is very neat and clean. It has many wonderful places nearby to visit and shop at. It has wonderful greenery and it is a nice and quiet place.

My husband and I just moved in and we couldn’t be happier! The entire process was super smooth from start to finish. The staff was so helpful and friendly.

Everything so far has been great for the first 3 months. Had some water issues from heavy rain and emergency maintenance was at the apartment within 2 hrs on a weekend!

Love it here. The amenities are great, people are pretty friendly. It’s clean and up-kept. The office is very helpful and maintenance as well.

We love it here the maintenance and concierge staff has been wonderful. The cleanliness of the grounds and the upkeep and amenities of the facility community makes this a wonderful place

Pricing too expensive for quality. Location is great. Maintenance response isn't quick typically and the quality of work when done is half-a##.

It was such an easy process getting moved it! So peaceful and pretty here. My favorite part has been the beautiful sunsets we can see from our back door!

I have only just moved in, but the noise of the area is quiet and peaceful. Neighbors are not loud. The apartment is nice and clean and we enjoy the layout! Can’t wait for the weather to warm up and can use the pool and its amenities.

Apartment community is amazing, peaceful, and fun! I thoroughly enjoy living here! The pool, corn hole boards, the grill, the ping pong tables all make for a great summer in a great community.

We have lived here over 2 1/2 years. It is a great location. We have a three bedroom home in the front part of the community. We like that area. Ireland and Erica are great to work with. Also, Josh and Chad are very good. Maintenance is, very responsive. we plan to renew our lease in June

It’s a nice place to live. Everyone is very friendly. It’s in a great location, close to everything. Any issues are quickly handled . Love the pool area.

I like that I have a detached apartment so it's like living in a house. I have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, and lots of closet space. I also rent one of the garages which helps keep my car out of the weather. I enjoy using the rowing machine in the well-equiped gym and I feel completely safe living in the Hamilton Villas community.

I moved into this complex from out of state around 6 months ago. Both Ireland and Erika were so extremely helpful making it a smooth transition. The complex is super dog friendly with lots of green space to walk around. (my dog absolutely loves the staff here!) It is also kept very clean and is also very quiet. The location is also great- the area is more residential, but, you have everything you need within a few minutes drive. While a fenced in pet area would be great, there is a great dog park just a few minutes down the road. Residents for the most part are very kind and respectful. The units are spacious, and the private patios are a great place to unwind at the end of the day!!!! The staff here is incredible and always willing to go above and beyond. A big shout out to all of them for being so helpful when my AC went out over the summer. Chad and Josh are huge assets on the maintenance team, and Erika and Ireland are just great people in general. I would highly recommend this complex!

I moved in right after new property management took over. Due to this transition, my move in process was a little messy but this is understandable. My only complaint is that these houses/villas were not built very sturdy. I was told they were built 2 years ago but we've already had two different cabinet doors that fell off the hinges, the shower handle was falling off when we moved in, and there are no window screens. The good news is maintenance is responsive whenever we needed to request a maintenance service. However, these cons do not impact my over all happiness here. It's quiet in my area, my walls don't connect with my neighbors homes, they are spacious, we feel safe and walk in the evenings around the complex, no issues with any car break ins so far, and I absolutely love my private patio area. Anytime I have dealt with management they've been very nice. I do recommend living here.

Absolutely irresponsible company! I don't recommend doing business with them. With such an attitude towards clients who bring you money, you will fail in business. They absolutely don't know how to deal with clients.

The whole move in experience has been wonderful. Quiet, clean complex that is super dog friendly. HUGE SHOUT OUT to Trey for taking care of my maintenance issues quickly and efficiently! Can't say thank you enough! Tiffani and Logan in the leasing office are also super helpful and have been able to answer all of my questions. Love it here!

Since move in everything has been perfect! Neighborhood has been quiet and management is great with communication. The Maintenance guy Trey is great!! I put in a request and he came same day and got every thing fixed as well as helped with extra things bc i didn’t have tools. Trey was very friendly and helpful. Overall i love it here and it’s a great complex!!
