The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hamilton Crossing
I looked at a lot of apartments in White Plains and I didn't find any other 2 bedrooms that were as big as the ones here at Hamilton Crossing. I like that they have full-sized washer/dryers in the apartments as well. We had to wait for the amenities to be complete, but they finally opened the pool and the top floor amenities are nice. I also like that the parking is self-park.
Property Manager at Hamilton Crossing, Responded To This Review
Hello and thank you for your review and for choosing Hamilton Crossing. We're glad to hear you appreciate the spacious apartments and the amenities, we are happy to have you as a part of the community!
The people living around are very loud. Even in the carpeted hallway you can hear people on the floor above clearly. In the unit it's even worse. I've gotten woken up every single night here by the person above me stomping and dragging things across the floor at all hours. Even in the day it's unbearable.
The construction is still not complete, contrary to what was initially promised. Features mentioned on website won’t be available until the end of this year. It might be wise to move in next year. In what appears to be an attempt to mitigate dissatisfaction, two months of free rent were offered. However, this doesn't compensate for the ongoing inconvenience and discomfort. Construction are still on-site conducting painting work, filling the building with the overwhelming smell of fresh paint. Moreover, the elevator, an essential amenity, is not functional and frequently out of service. Prospective tenants should be aware of these issues before considering a lease here. Currently, the living conditions do not match the promises made by management.
