The building is well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and responsive. The building is quiet, conveniently located, pet-friendly and I am very happy to call it home. This is highly recommended.

I’ve absolutely loved living at Halcyon House—it’s a beautiful community with modern amenities, great layouts, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. From the design of the units to the peaceful environment, it really feels like home. That said, there are just a couple of small areas I wish could be improved. First, it’s surprisingly difficult to find a clear itemized breakdown of your monthly charges on the resident portal, which can be a little frustrating when you’re trying to track payments. Secondly, while the leasing team is friendly, they aren’t always as responsive as I’d hope on certain matters, especially when it comes to follow-up communication. Still, these are small compared to how much I enjoy living here. Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Halcyon House to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Expensive apartment complex, however modern, new, and clean. Lots of amenities. Very friendly/helpful staff. Tough getting someone to follow up with you on requests/leasing.

Good new facilities, helpful staff. However, service for shared areas can sometimes be slow. Amenities, however are still top tier for a luxury apartment.

Quiet luxury, welcoming neighbors, outstanding and of the moment amenities. There is a sense of community and IYKYK. This truly is next level living!

The receptionists are incredibly nice and kind, and I really appreciate their warmth. However, the leasing office staff can be quite rude and unresponsive, often ignoring inquiries when they don't feel like addressing them

Since Claudia -event coordinator left, the community has noticeably declined in quality. Events are rare and uninspiring, and Erica’s management is unhelpful, with the concierge team being far more responsive than the actual management. Community rooms are overpriced, with no effort from Erica to negotiate or assist residents. Despite ongoing issues with my neighbors on the top floor, Erica offered no support, resolution, or even a gesture of goodwill like a discount. The lack of effort to address resident concerns and enhance community life is truly disappointing.

I just moved in, and so far, the experience has been great. The only downside is the limited cell reception, which makes it difficult to download some apps and set up Wi-Fi. I've had to make a few trips to the lounge areas for Wi-Fi to help get my unit up and running. Other than that, this property is fantastic, and the staff is incredible!

Moved over from the UK. The team at halcyon house are so patient and helpful through the whole process. Lived here for 2 months now and can’t fault it what so ever. 24 hour security, concierge is always so happy welcoming and helpful. Can’t see myself living anywhere else and would definitely recommend!

We just moved in and love the amenities and interior design of the place! Looks like a lux hotel and is so pretty! Can’t wait to host in the whiskey lounge or community lounge!

The only recent change I’ve noticed is that, for the first time in over two years, I’ve started hearing some sound/bass from a neighboring unit. While this hasn’t been an issue in the past, I trust that the management team will address any concerns if needed. Overall, Halcyon House remains an incredible place to live, offering a perfect mix of luxury, convenience, and community. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality living experience in Costa Mesa!

When I first moved in it was great . The building has lost its glow and charm. A concierge building should be exactly that. The staff is a lot less and half the time after 6 there is no one at the desk.

So far so good, except for the fact the apartment gets literally zero sunlight at any point during the day. Building and unit are nice. Haven’t had a chance to check amenities out.

I like living here … the walls are just a bit thin at times and i can constantly hear my upstairs neighbors. I also think they could vaccum the hallways more.

My experience here has been incredibly disappointing. This building is a perfect example of "putting lipstick on a pig"—it may look appealing with its updated interiors, exteriors, pool, and spa, but the reality is far from it. The construction quality is poor, and the noise from my upstairs neighbors, who sound like they’re moving furniture all day, is unbearable. Despite reporting the issue, Management’s only response has been to inform Security, which does nothing to resolve the situation. For 3 months, I’ve been stuck in an unlivable environment with no meaningful action or support. Their lack of accountability and responsiveness is appalling, leaving me locked into a lease for another year, hoping they’ll finally address my concerns.

I can't say enough great things about Halcyon House! From the moment I toured the property with Genesis, I knew this was where I wanted to call home. Bryan,Genesis and the Concierge team are always friendly, professional and willing to go above and beyond to help. The community is beautifully maintained and nothing but luxury. The apartments themselves are modern, spacious and filled with thoughtful details. The pet area has a private pet grooming station and bath area for your pet.The location is unbeatable and close to everything. Close freeway access, shopping and great restaurants and coffee shops. If you're looking for a stress free and seamless leasing process this is a welcoming place to call home thanks to Genesis & Bryan!

The staff here at Halcyon House are amazing: friendly, professional, welcoming and personable. All of them greet me with my name which add a sense of genuine service. I’ve lived here now for 1 and a half month and I love every part of it! Of and the cleaning service via the Amenify App was not only convenient but service with quality!

Apartment is very nice however there were some issues moving in that are still in the process of being dealt with. Still much better than our previous rental all in all.

I'm so happy to be renewing my lease at Halcyon House! This beautiful property continues to impress with its excellent construction and prime location. Being just steps away from fantastic restaurants, OCMA, and the Performing Arts Center is a huge plus, and the convenient access to the 405 and 55 freeways makes commuting a breeze. But the true highlight of Halcyon House is the amazing team. They go above and beyond to create a welcoming and friendly community. From the leasing process to the outstanding concierge service, it feels like being part of a family. I especially appreciate the recent addition of community events, which provide great opportunities to connect with neighbors. As a pet owner, I also love how pet-friendly Halcyon House is. Moved here for a month, satisfied with the environment and still discovery the new activities here. convenient location to supermarkets, malls etc.

This is and has been my home for two years. It completely feels like home and I love living here. The staff from management, leasing, concierge, security, and maintenance (sorry if I left anyone out) are all amazing. I will be here for at least one more year. And I wouldn't want yo be anywhere else!!

For those who don't know this place has an amazing staff, is always making improvements and has great amenities. For those who do know, it feels like living at a resort full of chill people. Halcyon House is by far the best community that I have lived in throughout all the years. There are great amenities such as a whiskey room, golf simulator, 2 pools, gym and game room. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.

I can't say enough good things about halcyon. The staff has made this truly a home to myself and my wife. We just reupped for our 3rd year quite honestly...because we don't want to live anywhere else. They are always improving things even when they are already great (i.e. amenities, etc...). I've lived all over the United States, from Miami to Maui and have never felt so at home!!

Great facilities, gym and pools are resort level. Location is good, lots of places within walking distance. Only negative for me is when some things went missing of mine in the garage, didn't really get much of an answer.

A lot of experiences have fallen off since we moved in. Dog park is in bad shape frequently. Recurring safety issues. Social/fitness programming is limited. No yoga classes. Pool is never heated well, even though we were told it was heated year round. Maintenance team is fast and responsive. Props to Luis and crew.

Great place to live. Leave your vehicle parked and walk everywhere. World class dinning and shopping within walking distance. Super clean and quiet facility. Very professional staff will make you feel safe.
