Cute Studios in the heart of Northloop!

I can't say enough good things about Guadalupe Plaza Apartments. I discovered this gem back in 2016 when a good friend was looking for a place. Fast forward to 2018 and when it was time for me to move, I remembered how much I really liked these studios. The complex is small and sits right in the heart of Northloop which means you can be anywhere in the city within minutes. The best shopping, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, you name it.... all within walking distance. There are two onsite laundry centers which makes it super convenient. The neighborhood is super quiet and there is always plenty of parking for when I get home late. The units are all the same size (400sf) and each one has its own little flair. My unit has a cool floating wall that allows me to partition off my space to create a more private sleeping area. The closets are big too! Utility bills are super modest which is a huge help when you are on a budget. I have only ever needed one maintenance request and it was handled very timely by Harold who is one of the most amazing maintenance persons I have ever encountered. He is very efficient, knowledgeable, communicates great, and does it all with a smile. One of the managers, Jennifer, is outstanding! She is very responsive to any requests I make and handles things with the upmost professionalism. In addition to all of this.... you simply can't be the price!! Do yourself a favor and check out Guadalupe Plaza Apartments.

RUDE AND INCOMPETENT

We had a scheduled time for a showing. We had several conversation via text and come the day for me to go see the apartment, she told me someone else will be there. I got to the property on time during my lunch hreak but didn't see anyone. I texted the guy and he told me he double booked and said "wait there for 15 minutes" (not ask but told me to wait). I told him I was un my lunch break and hung up. I texted the leasing agent about what happen and she never responded. Highly unprofessional with no common courtesy.
