How does it work?
The ads appear in response to renters’ prompts about rentals related to a specific location. Currently, the ads are live for 500 cities nationwide and point back to the Apartments.com search results for those cities.
How does this help my property?
When renters are redirected to Apartments.com search page for their target city, they can easily browse through the results to find your property’s listing.
The ads have already begun driving traffic and leads to Apartments.com listings.
