My husband lived in this community before I joined and I was amazed at how awesome everything was! There was amenities galore, areas for kids and pets. Plus the management and maintenance staff were nice, helpful and accepting!

Mold problem ground floor master bedroom. New maintaince people are quick and so nice! Great location. Great friends and very safe. Tv and ice maker in game room don’t work for use.

Washer and dryer isn't working properly. Neighbors upstairs are stomping and jumping all hours. Internet won't work because equipment in the apartment is out of date.

Although it’s not a gated community, it still has that feel. The location makes it have a sense of privacy. Plus, the amenities are amazing. Dog friendly was a huge benefit for us.

The apartments and grounds are lovely. The amenities are good, but it’s apparent that some areas are neglected; the grills (one is out of order), the gym ( is an afterthought), the event space is very outdated and equipment doesn’t work. If they spent as much time and attention on these areas as they do on the pool, I would give it a 5 star rating.

The grill in question was replaced earlier this summer - we were waiting for the new one to come in - so, our grills are in working order. As for the gym and the event space, we are working on our budget for 2025 and are hopeful that we can get the updates that we are aware are needed. While we understand your concern for these areas, we ask for your patience as we wait for budget approval to see what we can do to make the spaces better and more functional for everyone! I’ve been here almost a year and it’s been awesome. Maintenance is ontop of everything the ladies in the office are amazing EXSPECIALLY Emily. The grounds are nice they just painted the whole complex looks fresh an clean. Has all the amenities inside an out u need and I love the way they email everyone to keep us informed of important info and fun info!!!!

This community is perfect for anyone. It is quiet enough yet you get the sounds of kids playing outside. The pool is salt water which is a bonus for us. We love it here!

First off, when we first went into our apartment, the porch door had been left open and there were leaves all over the floor of our living room. In addition, a mop head had been left on our porch. The apartments look nice, but they are low quality. We had issues with the stove, oven, and toilet. The front of one of our drawers in the kitchen just fell off one day. Water came through one of the exterior walls, causing water damage in one of the bedrooms. By the time we moved out, the shower was coming apart. If you live on the bottom floor, expect to have bug problems. You will find living and dead bugs constantly. Pest control comes once a week, but you will still find dying and dead bugs constantly. There is a bad trash smell at the complex sometimes, even in areas not close to the dumpster. These apartments charge for water use. I have never lived in another apartment that charges for water. There is no sound proofing between floors in the apartments. Expect to hear a lot of noise. Our upstairs neighbors were obnoxiously loud, louder than "normal apartment noise." We told management about it multiple times. Management was accusatory, unprofessional, and did not communicate well. Finally, they told us to record the noise. That is nearly impossible, due to not knowing when the noise will occur and ambient noise in the apartment blocking out a lot of the noise coming from upstairs in a recording. We started banging on the ceiling when our neighbors were extremely noisy. We put a note on their door asking them to please be quieter. We then received a letter from the apartment complex's lawyer telling us to stop harassing our neighbors or we would be evicted. Management never contacted us to tell us to stop banging on the ceiling. They got a lawyer involved as the first step. How ridiculous! We will never again rent from this apartment complex's parent company, Willow Bridge (formerly Lincoln Properties).

Staff is very kind. The maintenance crew is very fast at fixing any problems that come up. I love the neighborhood. The trails are beautiful and I love how target and Kroger are a 2 minute walk away.

I’ve only lived here for going on 5 months but it’s been awesome for me & my son. The ladies in the office are amazing. expecially Emily. Always there when needed. The grounds are kept really nice, and maintenance is always quick to help when needed. I really love the way the tenants are kept in the loop of things happening around the complex. I have had a pleasant experience. The only complaint I have is that the office does not respond to emails or messages left in a timely fashion, or sometimes not at all. I physically have to go in the office to get any requests taken care of.

I have had an exceptional experience living here at shadow green so far this year. Have only been here about 2 weeks and have met quite a few people. Definitely taking advantage of the walk ability and the outdoor pool area!

Great place to live! I love the gym, pool, and grounds! The management team is very professional and caring! The grounds are well kept. The gym is normally very empty and a great place to workout!

We have LOVED living here! The management team has done an amazing job. We love how much property the apartment is on, especially for our 2 dogs. We walk them on the green way every day and take them to the dog park right across the street. Could not be a more perfect place for us. We will definitely be here for a few years.

I have loved my time at the Grove at Shadow Green. It is in a very safe area, cozy and quiet, and the staff is very helpful! My issues are addressed in a timely fashion and the property is very quaint. I feel safe walking or jogging around alone, even at night!

Love the location. Beautiful area and close to my work. I just wish the amenities were kept in better shape and there was better communication with the office staff

Love it here, beautiful so far. Very peaceful and quiet. Very local and close to everything. Love the walking trails, and deadly close to Chick-fil-a!

Living at Shadow Green has been great so far. The grounds are well kept, the staff has your best interest as a renter at heart, and the neighbors are kind. The people and place are all around wonderful!

This is not a luxury apartment. We have not had lounge chairs for the pool for the entire 1-/2 years we have lived here. It is dirty and not well maintained. The pictures on the website are at least four years old. I wish I could post pictures of what it really looks like. Rent just keeps going up, while the care goes down. The location is awesome and the residents are great, but the management is poor at best.

The pool still has not be fixed and there is no landscaping care at all. The grass and weeds are greater than 12 inches tall.

The apartment and location are good. Our breezeway has not pressure washed since the first year we were here. The upper levels were done, but the ground level was not. There are trash stains and spider webs and leaves and trash all over. Also, the valet trash service has been unreliable for the last year. Trailer and cars with flat tires sit for months, community lights are burned out. It feels like much neglect has continued for the last 3 years.

The location I like, it's in Franklin but enough out of the way to you're close but in the outskirts a little bit.

My apartment is great and I am very comfortable here. My apartment overlooks the pool, and the pool has looked horrible since Labor Day weekend. It is unacceptable, in my opinion. Also, when Ashley worked in the office, there were several emails that I sent that she did not respond to. Anna has been very good about responding to emails in a timely manner! Again, I would like to be able to enjoy the view from my apartment and the pool area most of the year (even if the pool itself is closed). I was not aware that the pool would look like this for so long when I signed the lease.
