Although Aurora doesn’t have an official downtown district, City Center houses a lot of the city’s business establishments and is located in the middle of the Denver suburb. Along with multiple shopping plazas and restaurants, City Center is home to Town Center at Aurora, a large mall. The neighborhood also has a small park for residents to enjoy. The residential streets of City Center have condos and mid-rise apartments available for rent. The door knob that was installed is for inside use, not external door knobs. Someone can come along and snap it like it was a toothpick. Also there is no lock for it except on the inside, so I can't use a key to lock from the outside. It is not the fault of the maintenance people. But I would really like a "REAL" door knob on my external door.

I never suggest the people to live in this apartment. Everything here is not good in comparison to the rent we pay. Maintenance, staff behavior, safety, security are very poor. Only good thing is centrally located and have good access of public transportation and key market such as Sam's Club, Walmart, Target, shopping mall etc.

Do not bother putting in a work order. It will sit in the system for over 30 days then be assigned and closed just for you to come home to see that the work was never completed.
Living at Grove at City Center for the last 5 years have been great because the quietness in the area which I live. I hate noise and I don't have any complaints. 4th of July around that time is the noise that goes up to 10... But other times of the year it's awesome.

Seemed like a decent place on move in.. however now we feel unsafe and are bound by a lease because cars are getting broken into now I wonder about the residence itself. I'm forced to buy security for the home and our cars

Within walking distance to basically everything. Grocers, movie theaters, mall, tons of restaurants, strip mall, etc. No complaints.

My experience living at The Grove is safe and secure and enjoyed living in my own private apartment and staff tries to enforce the rules and regulation of the lease terms but there is some tenats don't comply what the rules and regulation says in the lease
Is very laid back and relaxing and the maintenance and landscape does s great job to make our complex looked nice snd beautiful

Do not rent at this apartment. There’s no security measures, you will not be taken seriously by management and you will be a second class person to everyone. For the high rent your paying it’s not worth it, way better apartments elsewhere and you won’t have the major headache we’ve had while living here.

After move-in, residents do not receive their first utility bill until 2 months after, as utilities are billed in arrears. Additionally, utilities are metered based on usage per apartment, which can also cause monthly fluctuations in the bill. Please be careful about parking your car here. Even with ample spaces available they will tow your car at 3 AM if your tag falls off. $300 bucks down the drain.

Do not move in here, management is lazy and will not respond to emails if there is an issue. They will also have your car towed and the tow company damages cars and the apartment does not deem this issue worth a response.

Not much to say..WE LOVE LIVING HERE!! The staff are amazing..During the pandemic,they worked with us beyond the call of duty..I got Covid twice my husband and daughter in law both lost their jobs due to Covid..rough times for sure..

This complex Appears to be a good living space but once one lives here for long enough the fact that it is all for appearance becomes apparent. I recommend ensuring that all of your doors and cupboards are intact before signing a lease because when you get the maintenance sheet stating problems after signing nothing is done.
