GW is a lovely community located off the main road providing safe walking and biking roads. It is well maintained and the staff is always available. We are very pleased with our home.

We enjoy living here at Griffin Weston and would love to stay a resident here, but with this issue we face everyday we do not know if this is worth the continued aggravation issue of an inconsiderate neighbor. If this is not addressed rather we stay here or not you will face the same complaint from the next resident who leases this location.

We love living here. The staff is excellent. When we toured the carriage home, we knew this is where we wanted to be. The property is well taken care of and the amenities are awesome. The social events are a nice addition so you can get to know your neighbors. Everyone has been so great. Happy we decided on this place.

Griffin Weston is a cut above other luxury living environments. Our unit is so beautiful and spacious. The property is very well laid out and the clubhouse offers a lot of options. The staff goes out of their way to answer questions and be helpful. Lauren and her team have been to welcoming to us. We appreciate all that they do. Erika took our application and was the utmost professional. She was extremely thorough and patient with my many emails and concerns. We are so happy to have relocated here.
This is a beautiful property, the staff is friendly and maintenance is responsive in a timely manner. The online options make it an easier transition.

What makes this luxury for me is not just the nice amenities and appliances. Service is very important. Katrina does an excellent job managing this property. If there's an issue she's on it. Maintenance crew is top notch. Super friendly and accommodating. This is the first property I ever extended my lease on

Moving to Griffin Weston was the best decision. The apartments are so comfortable with enough space and very modern finishes. The community is in a great neighborhood and close to everything. Stunning outdoor area, a nice trail, the fireplace is gorgeous and cozy. The gym is well equipped with plenty of tools for staying healthy, relax and fit. This is home.

Griffin Weston is perfect. The homes are beautiful, the lawns look like the greens of the US Open golf course, and the amenities follow suit. The leasing staff, maintenance staff, and residents are so friendly. This is the perfect place to live in Cary.
