Being the largest city on the Kitsap Peninsula, Bremerton attracts people of all ages for work, school, location, and way of life. You will find all kinds of apartments, ranging from simple studios and efficiencies (some of them located in private houses) to high-security gated communities. If you love art, culture, good food, excellent shopping, and being in the middle of all of the action, then Downtown Bremerton is ideal.
Be sure to attend the Art Walk, held the first Friday of every month. This downtown event highlights the city's many art galleries. The Kitsap Wine Festival is another Bremerton attraction, held every August. This festival features local food and wine. If you prefer museums, the Kitsap Historical Society and Museum explores the history of the area.
Fountain Park is one of the region's most strikingly beautiful public spaces. It is located near the Kitsap Conference Center and along the waterfront for gorgeous views.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Griffin Glen
Griffin Glen provides a nice place to live. . The staff is helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable and the apartments are spacious. My neighbors are amazing. My only issue would be more handicapped parking in the front of my building. I would recommend this to people looking for a place to call home.
Liz & Glen are the best Apartment MGMT team I have ever dealt with. From the start of my options to the viewing of the WONDERFUL spacious 1 bedroom I have ever seen right down to the signing of the lease, the experience has been amazing and comfortable. If ever there was an issue they handle it immediately and respectfully. Trust me. I have dealt with a few doozies of MGMT and this bar none hands down restores my faith in renting an apartment again. The apartments are spacious and for a 1 bedroom you usually feel like your in a coffin with no space to move around in. Not this place! It feels like a home. The kitchen space sold me and the updated appliances with beautiful counter tops was a plus. Did I mention their ceilings are not paper thin so you don't hear a lot of upstairs movement. I love quiet! This is a great experience and YOU GET ONE FREE PARKING SPACE. JEEZ everywhere else they charge 45 to 60 bucks. That was great. They are also affordable. Cheaper than the surrounding areas and more BANG for your BUCK! I COULD go on and on but this had to be said. If your looking for a nice quiet place to live call this apartment complex for a tour and your right across the street to Fred Myers. You can walk to get groceries. Thank you Glen and Liz. You two are amazing and so nice. The world needs nice. Trish.

I just moved into a two bedroom here from a horrible place that had a terrible mold issue! I had to find a new place ASAP. This is a night and day difference! It is open, clean and spacious! From the time I applied to move in, the management has been so amazing and on top of everything! I can confidently say moving to Griffin Glen Apartments was the best decision! The landscaping is beautiful very much like a park setting. You just can’t beat the price and the location!! Thank you so much to Glenn and Liz who made the transition as smooth and stress-free as possible!
