Living at Greystone Summit has been a great experience overall the community is clean, quiet, and feels very safe. The apartments are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with nice finishes and quality appliances. I’ve really enjoyed the amenities like the pool, gym, and clubhouse, and maintenance is usually quick to respond to any issues. The staff is friendly, though communication could be improved a bit when it comes to advance notice for maintenance or events. Overall, it’s a comfortable and upscale place to live, and I would recommend it to others.

Upon moving in, I received excellent support from the staff and got to know my neighbors. They were eager to assist with everything that arose, such as mailing systems, fixture adjustments, and leasing questions. My husband and I felt welcomed in this community. We recommend others to come and experience it for themselves.

I lived here in 2019 and then I also had best experience of Greystone farm reserve as well and it’s again I moved back to summit drive . Best location , secure

I have been staying here for about 3 years now and have no complaints. My name is Brandice Brown. The staff is very nice and professional. Any small thing needed for maintenance it is handled quickly and professionally as well . The area is very quiet and with being down the street from a Walmart shopping is very convenient. They have events here for the residents to bond and even local food trucks come! The 24/7 access is such an enjoyment with my work schedule. The pool is always clean and ready to go. The rooms are very big with nice closets . I would recommend this place to anybody.

Greystone Summit has been nothing short of the Perfect Place to call home. I really feel the sense of community and safety! Many amenities to offer and the monthly engagement with the residents is a nice perk. Going into my 2nd year of residence and I have no complaints whatsoever

As of this summer we have been here 2 years. We love the convenience and location regarding the schools and location next to the interstate. The support from front office has been great as well. We are thankful for our time spent here.

Hi, I am really impressed with Greystone Summit. They are always do activities for the tenants. I know for sure that we celebrate every month. All holidays. My husband and I love living here. We are both retired and we like the complex is really quiet. All the neighbors seem to get along. This is the 3rd year for us.

It’s been 3 years we love to stay here all staff and maintenance staff are friendly. Whenever we have any issues the maintenance team is always here to help I appreciate that work. Overall staying here is best.

Living in Greystone Summit as a military family has been the perfect!! I have told many of my friends and anyone coming to the area to move here. The area is well kept, the staff is very friendly and all the ammenities are top tier !

I’ve been living in Greystone Summit Apartments for three years and it offers a fantastic living experience with an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and modern amenities. Located in a prime area, these apartments are perfect for those seeking a mix of tranquility and easy access to city life. The spacious floor plans are designed to suit various lifestyles. The community amenities truly stand out, including a well-maintained fitness center, a sparkling swimming pool, and beautifully landscaped common areas. Car wash, charging station for electric vehicles and much more. We also enjoy the convenience of on-site management, awesome and responsive maintenance teams, and secure entry to the complex. The apartments themselves feature stylish interiors with updated appliances, modern fixtures, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The pet-friendly policy is another highlight. It is a truly amazing experience to be a resident at Greystone Summit Apartments!

I would like to share my experience and to leave a review of the most wonderful residential complex Greystone Summit! We have been living here for the third year! This complex has become the best of those where we lived before, I want to share just a few advantages it’s offers: 1. I feel safe here!!! 2. The location to the Waltmart store is 15 minutes on foot and 2 minutes by car! 3. Schools are nearby (10 minutes on foot) 4. Convenient layout of the apartments (some with balconies, and there is some with sunroom) 5. Very well-kept territory (every Monday a team comes and cleans everything down to the last leaf and twig) 6. Clean pool and sun loungers (and even in winter they take care of it) 7. Kids playground with slides and swings! 8. Recreation and barbecue areas 9. You can rent a storage room or a garage 10. Car wash onsite 11. There is a charging station for electric cars as well 12. Laundry facility 13. Gym 14. Computer room with a very comfortable sofa and chairs 15. Tennis court 16. Place for walking dogs and dog park 17. Mailboxes and separate Amazon boxes 18. You can go to the main office and drink freshly brewed coffee and get tasty snacks 19. A huge number of parking spaces 20. I would like to separately thank the responsive staff of the Greystone Summit complex!!!! Very friendly managers, cheerful, always positive (as soon as a light bulb burns out or a water pipe gets clogged - everything is fixed and replaced in a very short period of time, and if the equipment breaks down, it is replaced with a new one) 21. Managers pamper their residents with various events - Bingo, quests, raffles with very cool and expensive prizes! They organize games and parties with pizza and drinks! 22. It's very soulful and calm here!! If you are looking for a new home, then you will definitely find it here! We wish prosperity to our beloved GREYSTONE SUMMIT residential complex!

I’ve enjoyed living here. The Office staff are friendly and social, and the maintenance staff are polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The grounds are beautiful. They host social events throughout the year, which is great for meeting your neighbors. I’d definitely recommend it!

I truly enjoy the calm and organized community here! My morning walks are incredibly refreshing. The room is kept meticulously clean and pest-free, and its spaciousness, along with the large bathtub, makes me smile constantly!

This place is very clean. The place is quiet. No drama.. The maintenance staff get job done in a timely manner when you let them know there is an issue. The staff here is very professional and pleasant.

This apartment is wonderful to stay at . The leasing office staff are among the nicest, most professional people I've ever met. They're always ready to assist and make the whole leasing process smooth and hassle-free. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently. It's impressive how quickly they respond and take care of any issues that arise.

My family and I have been happy renters in this community for two years now and going into our third year here. The staff are super friendly. We’ve become very sociable with our neighbors and even have good conversations about football with our Alabama fan neighbors even though we’re Georgia fans!!!! All love though. All and all very good community.

We moved in less than a week ago and already I am blown away by the amount of amenities, the staff has been super friendly and helpful, the apartment itself is very nice and well designed, and there is an abundance of amenities that give me peace of mind and practical uses while I am here. Good in general. Friendly staff and fast response maintenance team. Hard to find parking spot in front of the building sometimes, especially on Friday. Suggest have a separate parking spot for visitor versus residents.

So living here almost 2 years and I cannot complain!!! They treat you with respect and the community is well friendly!

Recently moved in and loving it. My only gripe is the kids riding their bikes by the cars and not being more mindful. But the actual apartment is spacious and cozy, and modern and clean. I love that there is a locker for Amazon packages. Laundry rooms are big and the kitchen is very updated. I have not complaints about the apartment itself.

I love this apartment so much great for me and my daughter. It a lot bigger than our last place. It’s a one bedroom. Its clean. I just feel safe and comfortable here. My daughter love it too!

I've really enjoyed my two years at Greystone Summit. As a single mom of a teenage daughter, living somewhere that felt safe and convenient was a must. The staff has been so friendly, and anytime I had a maintenance issue, the team was great. The property is beautifully maintained. The maintenance staff would do everything from change my lightbulbs to quickly address and fix a neighbors water leak issue before it ruined my apartment. It is also a 1/4 mile from WalMart Marketplace and Pharmacy, as well as a Piedmont Urgent Care location, which came in handy. Gonna miss this place!

apartment was not clean upon arrival. maintenance has been called 5x since moving in (finish cleaning, hornets nest on porch, air conditioning not working). leasing agent was very kind and helpful and shared same concerns about cleanliness (or lack there of).

Greystone Summit is an apartment that is central located to all of the places that I need to travel to and from. The grounds are always beautifully manicured. The amenities are superb. They are much more than I could have ever expected. My apartment is very spacious, which is something that I needed and enjoy. I love the entire layout of my apartment. The sunroom is a relaxing space for me. Being that I sometimes telework, the built in desk is phenomal because I don’t have to worry about trying to get a comfortable space to work. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I am so thankful that when I was looking for an apartment, I decided on Greystone Summit. This is the best apartment decision I have ever made.

I truly appreciate the leasing staff. The property manager Jennifer is kind, patient, understanding and prompt anytime I have any questions or concerns. Amiah is knowledgeable and ready to make herself available anytime I need something. Maintenance is efficient and also very kind whenever I need anything fixed in my apartment.

I’ve been living here for 2 years and it’s been very nice. My neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. My only complaint is parking. I have to compete for a close parking spot every day.

Always quiet. Grounds are always kept clean. Repairs are handled promptly. Tenants are respectful of each other and friendly. The office offers different kinds of activities such as back to school pool parties. Games and food parties. Dinners for holidays such as Thanksgiving.

We have enjoyed our time at greystone summit, office staff is very helpful and friendly— specifically Amaya and Lexi go above and beyond when I need help with something! Maintenance guys (Anthony and Freddie) are also very helpful, friendly and explain how to take care of things in the apartment when you ask. Thanks for your kindness and help!

I love the smiling faces whenever I step into the office. Someone is always available to greet me and eager to help with my needs. I was able to rent out the club house when family was in town which was a very nice amenity to be offered. We have enjoyed the clean pool this summer and were ever-grateful when our AC was fixed and were given cooling units in the interim.
