Great place to live, we enjoy the amenities and the staff that provide amazing hospitality and services.

I love my apartment, my neighbors, and the walk ability with my dog. However, I’m not the biggest fan of being directed to a third party nearly any time I have a question. Wish it was a little more personal. It’s not the staffs fault, they’re all kind. That’s my only gripe!

Greystone Pointe Columbus is a very peaceful, quiet, safe community. Very clean, maintenance staff is amazing, love the area.

So far so good! Every one was so friendly & helpful! The apartments are well kept & my needs have been met at earliest convenience. The staff was super sweet

Resident Experience has been great. When you get to know your neighbors everyone seems to look out for one another and that’s rare in some communities.

As a resident for almost a year here at Greystone Pointe, I couldn’t be happier with mine and my family’s decision to live here. Not only is this apartment complex new, modern, and BEAUTIFUL, but the staff here have all been so incredibly friendly and helpful. Duanita, Sydney and Logan all go above and beyond to make their residents feel at home and heard with any question or concern we bring to them. They plan fun resident appreciation events almost monthly making it such a positive little community for everyone who lives here. The shared amenities are a HUGE plus and are always maintained and kept in great shape. The maintenance team is professional and vigilant, fixing any problems promptly. We plan on living here for the remained of my husband’s Army career and will be so sad to ever leave it. Such a great place to call home!!!

Living at Greystone Pointe in Columbus has been an incredible experience. The first thing I noticed when I moved in was how beautifully maintained everything is—the grounds are always clean, the landscaping is gorgeous, and it really feels like I’m living in a resort instead of just an apartment community. The pool is always sparkling and such a great place to relax on a hot day, and the clubhouse is a comfortable, stylish spot to hang out or host friends. I also love having pickleball courts, and the fact that the playground is right next to them is such a thoughtful touch. It makes it so easy for my family to spend time together while still letting everyone do their own thing. My absolute favorite part, though, is the gym. It’s not just a token fitness room—it’s a real, full-sized gym with great equipment and a smart layout. What makes it even better is the separate kids’ area inside. As a parent, I can actually focus on my workout while still keeping an eye on my children.

This apartment is hands down the best I’ve ever seen. I was blown away by the amenities this complex offers. What other apartment community prioritizes both your wellness and your dog’s? They have a dog spa just for your pup! They also have a car care facility. The developers truly thought of everything. Be sure to talk to Logan J, she’ll make sure you feel right at home from the start.

Love this community! The maintenance people are efficient and quick with work orders, the office is always so kind and helpful, and the property is incredible!

Greystone Point in Columbus is a hidden gem! From the moment you step onto the property, you’re greeted with beautifully manicured grounds, a welcoming community vibe, and top-tier amenities. Its ok the front gate is always getting broken, and you can never trust it because it might come down and constantly hearing cars zoom by or hitting the gate. Staff tends to accommodate majority of your needs.

I’ve been living at Greystone Point for about two and a half years now, and I truly have no complaints. This is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in. Everything is modern and well-maintained, with brand-new amenities and a fresh, clean feel throughout the community. Unlike other places I’ve stayed that looked rundown and neglected, Greystone Point is consistently kept in great condition. The front office does an excellent job organizing events and monthly raffles, which help bring the community together and add a fun touch to everyday living. Maintenance is also very present and proactive—you’ll see them daily, cleaning, fixing, and making sure everything stays in top shape. I really appreciate the care and effort that goes into maintaining this property.

Living at The Greystone has truly been the best apartment experience we’ve had. From the pool with its stunning view to the two-story gym, dog park, car wash, and bike center — this place offers everything you could ask for. The community here is warm and welcoming, and my neighbors have been nothing but friendly. The staff is exceptional, and the maintenance team deserves a special shoutout. They’ve gone above and beyond to take care of repairs that my mother and I never imagined we’d get done so quickly or thoroughly. They maintain the property daily and with great care. I also love the Amazon locker room — it gives me peace of mind knowing my packages are safe, and any issues are resolved promptly by the front office. The community events are another huge plus. They regularly host fun gatherings with amazing food trucks and local vendors. Living at The Greystone feels more like being in a luxury home than an apartment complex. Sometimes, I honestly forget we’re renting!

Good afternoon as I approach the property it was very nice and I went inside and I was greedy very kindly and supported by the employees that work there they was super nice make me feel like I was very comfortable and showing me the place that had a tour and it was very nice everything will explain to me very neatly and nice and I would love to stay a little longer I wish it was my home that's how nice the home is the employees everybody everything was so clean and nice and it just a whole new different place I would like to tell others about the place the property that I'm staying in because it is a joy and wonderful how people can treat you when you first enter the property and they're showing you the tour also I would like this time take this time out to think the employees who show us around who was greeted by the employees at the front office when I tell you I it made me overwhelmed and I just can't stop talking about it but anyway I would like to thank everybody for the kindness and for me and my family and yes I would like to live here like I said before thank you for the employees they are super and I hope y'all keep them and I like this time to thank everyone for what they have done thank you thank you

Love this community! Duanita is an incredible property manager and the rest of the staff is equally amazing! I have lived here for two years and still feel like I am on vacation.

I love the weather and lifestyle at Greystone Pointe. When warm weather comes around, Kids are playing at the park, the birds are singing, perfect breeze, families are walking around the neighborhood etc etc. This is the spot for sure

I love staying here. It is a pleasure! The grounds are well maintained and it is definitely a luxury apartment complex. The staff is very friendly and I never have issues with maintenance. The location is very close to everything which is enjoyable on the weekends.

I gotta commend the staff for keeping this community clean daily. From the dog park, pickleball court, playground, gym, pool area, and leasing office, those places stay fresh & clean and hasn't gone unnoticed. Keep it up! - Brandon C.

This apartment complex is fantastic. We’ve been living here since October of ‘24 and have loved it! It’s clean, quiet, and maintained by everyone on the staff. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants somewhere peaceful and attractive to live!
