Our community Farms Reserves is an awesome place to live in. Amenities are great and valuable. Location is awesome, close to malls, restaurants and highway 85 and Jr Allen. We are also close to Callaway Gardens. Neighbors are nice. Office, maintenance and ground staff do a fantastic job taking care of our community and residents. Staff at the office are friendly and always willing to communicate and help residents in any form.

I have been very happy living here for the past two years but recently I have a neighbor who makes loud noises late at night where there’s banging up against the wall where my bed is. I’ve attempted to have this addressed multiple times and nothing changes..this has been extremely disappointing because it’s rude and the residents definitely know they’re making noise. I’m hoping this improves soon or that they’ll just move out.

So far, so good Greystone Farm reserve has been pleasant for the most part. Initially the customer service that open the door for me to review the apartment was very impatient and the house smell like weed. The rest of the staff was amazing and pleasant to work with. But I love the area and the size of the apartment. And to top it off they have treats for the residence, which I love.

Great place to live people are nice the pools always clean grass is constantly being cut right across from wal mart market everybody goes walking at night so this place is the nicest and the healthiest

I’ve been in this community 4 years and I love it. Its a well maintained property. The office staff is great. Maintenance requests handled in a timely manner. My only con is the rent goes up each year and I have to pay for utilities that I don't use because I live in a 2 bedroom.

Me and my husband enjoy living in the Farm Reserves. Neighbors are extremely nice. It is a great walking area, biking or just hanging out outside and enjoying the outdoors. Office, maintenance and ground personnel are great. Amenities are great. We love living here. We highly recommend our community.

Greystone Farms Reserve is a great place to live. Its in a great location. The property is well maintained. Maintenance handles any concerns quickly. The only thing I would change is these flat rate prices for water and added charges for pests and trash.
