Greystone Falls

I’ve only been here a short time but I really like the community so far! It is close to town but also far enough out of town so traffic is not bad at all.

This is overall a pretty great place to live. Maintenance has a history of being unreliable, but Devante is quickly fixing that. The grounds have been better taken care of in the past couple of months, so that's a definite plus.

We love the vibe at Greystone! This community is safe and clean. We love that it is close to shopping and great food options. This has been a great place to land in Columbus, GA.

I have been here for almost 11 years and plan on staying here. It is a quiet community, the residents are friendly and welcoming. I feel like I am living in a resort because of the way the community is built. We have trees, a pool and exercise room, dog area, video area to watch TV. We also have a tanning room. The workers are very friendly and ready to provide the residents with what they need. So if you are looking for a comfortable place that makes you feel like you are in a resort this is the place to be.

Although I gave a five star rating, there are some subject matters that need to be address in order to maintain the high standards of this community. Pool Men’s and ladies washrooms need an upgrade. There should be an installation of an outdoor shower to maintain sanitary conditions of the water for participants to take a shower before entering the pool. Landscaping; replacement tree should be put into areas where storms have blown down existing trees. erosion of rainwater runoff areas need to be fixed to prevent more erosion of landmass. Potholes; Potholes need to be fixed on the interior roadways in the community. Breezeways; Breezeways and especially doorways need to be pressure wash, including stairs. Amenities; This should be based on length of time of residency. Electric car charger center; another electric charge center should be located in the back parking lot of the complex.

Quiet and clean but management is not very responsive or friendly. Neighbors are good but apartment units are extremely humid. Too much mold in house. Will not recommend if you’re clean freak person.

I've been living here for two years and all the staff who work here are really nice, they've wasted no time in case of inconvenience or breakdown, and all the neighbors are nice and have no friction. If you move to Columbus, you'll be happy to come here.

First being hesitant about the move, coming to Greystone Falls was a wise decision. The staff were very in tune with my wants and needs. The community is quiet and well kept. While the amenities are calling my name....

I haven’t officially moved in, but I got the keys! Reading my application experience and the front office-everyone has been great and accommodating to make me feel like I’m home.

Outside my apartment was not clean. Apartment also was not very clean. Raised ticket to fix things 2cdays ago, no one showed up. WOW connection was not working, found connection to apartment was disconnected but no support from apartment staff. I have to pay WOW to find the issue and fix it. my list can keep going for 3 days stay.

My family has lived here for a little over a year now and we love it just as much now as we did when we first moved in. The grounds are beautifully maintained, any issues get resolved in a timely manner, and the office staff is always friendly. We look forward to living here for a few more years.

So far, our stay here has been wonderful ! The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything is perfect. The amenities were top-notch, The apartment itself is peaceful, and has a quiet atmosphere made it easy to relax after a busy day. The location is also ideal—close to everything I need, yet still tucked away in a serene area. Highly recommend!

This place is beautiful. It is peaceful and quiet. We could not have picked a community more welcoming and secluded. We recently downsized and sold our home on 2 acres. Was worried we would not see wild life and concerned about adjusting to "apartment life". We have deer and woods all securely protected by a nice gate and fence! Should have moved here 3 years ago to be honest! Elisa, Chyna and Melody are precious souls, so genuine. The Maintenance Staff is on top of it! I've had my share of dealing with the reliability of contractors -- but this team is "game on"! Plus, the Staff have events for the residents. The pool is absolutely gorgeous too! It's refreshing to see people take early morning strolls with their babies or enjoy a nice jog or power walk around the community. I love this place and you will too!

I finally got to renew my lease! Greystone Falls has been home to my my family and I for the past 12months. This place has met and exceeded our expectations we didn't see any need to move to a new place. We renewed our lease in simple steps and were done in minutes! Keep doing what you do best Greystone management.

My move in experience has been absolutely flawless! The property managers have been so helpful! From the moment I stepped into the property for the tours all the way to move in day and assisting me with setting up all of my logistics.

I went to Greystone falls today after apartments hunting for a bit. Loved the layout and how quiet the area was. Elissa helped show me around and was very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for apartments!

Greystone Falls is a fantastic apartment complex. The staff is always super nice and they always answer my questions. It is a little far from downtown, and if you are in the military it's about a 20 minute drive, but it's worth it.

This is the best apartment complex my family has ever lived in. It’s next to an interstate, but you’d never know because the apartments are built very well and don’t allow much outside noise in. The amenities are amazing and the location is the best.

Had a maintenance issue and they responded immediately and fixed the problem. Whenever i call I always recieve a call back if they are not available and o speak when i call.

I really love staying in the greystone falls apartment. Excellent luxurious and a peaceful community . I strongly recommend for other people to join the Greystone Falls apartment community.

Anytime I submit a maintenance request (which is pretty rare), someone addresses my issue within 48 hours. Everyone is extremely responsive and communicative. I appreciate the staff's attention and the care they place on ensuring everyone has an enjoyable experience here at the Falls.

The management team made our move into our apartment so easy and simple! We arrived later than expected and the team worked with us to ensure we moved in that day! Very happy with our apartment, the team and the complex! We highly recommend this complex to future renters!

Appreciate the staff and their willingness to help and assist with any questions and or concerns. Also appreciate all the dog waste bins and multiple dog parks. Areas are kept extremely clean!

My family and I have lived here for close to 10 months now. Its a place we call home after a hard day's work. The apartments are spacious and well maintained inside out. The various activities organized by the staff are a cherry on top for residents to relax, unwind and get to know each other better. We love it here

Everytime I had guests over, either the water would cut off or the lights would cut off. Car wash vacuum would not work most of the time. Maintenance is biggest issue for me to continue staying here.

I have been here for a month, and my experience has been fantastic! I love the apartment layout and the proximity to the shopping centers. The amenities are great. When things need fixing, I notice they get fixed fast. Last week, a dryer broke down, and I saw it get fixed in good time, same with a treadmill that was out of service at the gym. It was fixed pretty fast. The neighborhood is nice, quiet, and friendly.

Being here for 6 months getting ready to renew out lease. ABSOLUTELY LOVING IT HERE. Thanks to those ladies at the office and our awesome maintenance

It is quiet and safe. The employees are nice and accommodating. The car washing area is awesome! The pool and gym and great too! I have lived here for two years and I plan on renewing my lease next year.

This is a wonderful community to live in. The apartments are clean, roomy, and quiet. The community often has events for the residents and they’re always well put together and engaging. My family will definitely be staying here for a while.

I would like to say that management at Greystone Falls is very responsive. Whether is it an issue or a maintenance call, it is always treated very rapidly and to great satisfaction. They are always happy to help. Thank you Greystone Falls staff!!

Very beautiful place. I would rate Greystone Falls much higher if the security cameras were functioning. There are many cases of car break-ins in Columbus and not having the cameras is a big security compromise. The purpose of a security camera is to identify suspects and provide a time stamp for when crime is done. Greystone has unpowered cameras which they believe will deter criminals but that is not enough for keeping the community safe which is why i rate this experience 2 star.

We have always gotten GREAT service at the Falls. They have the very best folks on staff to take care of any need. We love it here!

It's a great community with great maintenance and amenities available. A quiet neighborhood and never had a problem using the facilities. Definitely a great place to enjoy alone time, wind down, or even take a walk with pets around the neighborhood.

Ever since moving here, we have felt right at home and safe. The clean and gated community has well maintained. Everyone that we meet is friendly, and all the neighbors have been polite.

Been living here ever since my daughter was in middle school at veterans Memorial middle school all doing her 4 years at North Side High School and her 5 Years at ASU University in Albany Georgia and still living here until now there’s no other place that is comparison to Greystone Falls community!

The staff were very good with move-in information and very helpful. Move-in day went smoothly and a few small repairs, but everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

Awesome place to live! Great amenities and amazing staff that ensure all your needs are met! The apartments are spacious with great views of the landscape.

Safe and clean neighborhood but some units are old and humid. Activities at club house are there but not many people come to enjoy. Kids park need some updates.
