Greystone at Maple Ridge

I’ve been living at Greystone at Maple Ridge for 2 years and it’s honestly been a great experience. The location is super convenient — close to grocery stores, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. The apartment itself is well-maintained and modern. My unit came with updated appliances, plenty of natural light, and a spacious layout. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, usually within 24 hours, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate the amenities — the gym is clean and never too crowded, the package locker system is a huge plus, and the common areas are kept in great condition. Overall, I feel safe and comfortable living here. I’d definitely recommend Greystone at Maple Ridge to anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable place to live!

Greystone at Mapleridge is a fantastic place to live. The property is very well maintained and the team works very hard every single day to make sure the property is clean and well kept. The office team does everything possible to assist the tenants and will answer any questions or concerns. Jonathan, who is the maintenance manager, is simply the best. He is very knowledgeable and experienced which makes a huge difference for the tenants. He takes care of every maintenance request (big or small) in a swift manner. We also have security on site which makes the tenants feel safe. Mapleridge is a great place to call home!

The property is always well-maintained and spotless, which makes a huge difference in the overall living experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful—they make it clear that they truly care about the residents.

Review for Greystone at Maple Ridge I’ve been living at Greystone at Maple Ridge for almost four years, and my experience has been mostly positive. The maintenance team is reliable and efficient whenever I’ve submitted a request, they’ve responded promptly and handled issues professionally. The leasing office staff is friendly, helpful, and communicative. They keep residents informed about updates and policies, and anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, they’ve been responsive and professional. When it comes to safety, I feel comfortable in the community. The property is well-lit at night, and I appreciate the security measures in place that help create a sense of safety. As for cleanliness, the complex is well-maintained. The landscaping is always in great shape, and common areas are kept tidy. Management does a great job keeping the property clean and inviting. If you’re looking for a well-managed, safe, and clean apartment community, I would definitely recommend it!

The team here has made our first time renting an absolute pleasure. From the amenities to the quick response times, there is nowhere else I would rather stay while in Columbus!

WOW! Mapleridge at Greystone has been HOME for me the last 3 years. As I pulled into the community yesterday, it was so refreshing to see the manicured lawns, beautiful flowers, trimmed shrubbery, and neat sidewalks. The community takes so much pride in their work around here. There are always ground crew(s) working hard during the day to give us this beautiful landscaping and neat streets, breezeways and parking areas. Thank you all, Tracey, Frances, Chandler and Mason for keeping the beautiful outdoors of my home beautiful! Welcome home!

I am completely new to the state and just moved here yesterday. Kara was absolutely wonderful when it came to helping me find an apartment very last minute. I was definitely impressed by the size of the apartment and I love the location. When I arrived, Frances welcomed me in and showed me around until I met Kara. These ladies are very polite and very welcoming.

Even though I just moved into the community, I am already very impressed. Kara took care of me and helped me make this last minute move happen fast and smooth. The apartment is better than expected. I absolutely love my layout and the area of the building is in a great spot.

Greystone at Maple Ridge has been my home for almost 3 years now. It has great amenities to include beautiful grounds, pool and gym. I’ve recently been taking advantage of the automobile cleaning area which does a great job vacuuming my car! The office team has been wonderful with managing some maintenance issues I have had recently with their quick response and diligence to ensure the issue was completely resolved.

First, the office staff are so welcoming and willing to help with whatever you bring into the office & they always make holidays very family fun and exciting! Next, we only have great things to say about the grounds and the people that maintain it! They do a phenomenal job at what they do! You really can tell they love what they do and makes a difference when people value your home as much as you do! They are always looking for a way to make our home more beautiful and more clean! Thirdly, we have felt very safe from day one and welcomed by all of our neighbors! In other words, if you’re considering putting in to make maple ridge your next home, this is your incentive!! North Columns is a great area of Columbus to live. The community is located near numerous shopping areas, restaurants, and close to entertainment such as movies, bowling, skating. Great area

Just moved here in January and this has been our favorite apartment complex/community that we have lived in in Georgia! The staff is very friendly and helpful with any issues. The complex is well maintained and has all of the amenities that you need! Car wash, pool, gym, computers, printer, everything! Looking forward to living here for the next few years. Highly recommend.

Came to Columbus this week to look at apartments before my move from Savannah in May. I went on a tour with Kara very nice woman and really knew a lot about the area! She told me about an awesome dog park in Columbus that I am actually letting my pup run around at right now. The complex was super nice, clean, and felt extremely peaceful. Fingers crossed they will have something open for me before I move here. THANKFULLY they have a waiting list! Going to look another apartment tomorrow that Kara recommended, owned by the same company will review after I see it!

I don't know where to start. The property is very well maintained. The office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and make you feel like a part of the family. Any maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Pest control is outstanding. I have stayed in other apartments during my life and I have to say Maple Ridge has been the best. I would definitely recommend Maple Ridge to anyone looking for a great place to call home.
