Greystone at Main Street

After selling my condo, I never thought I'd be back in an apartment, but if you have to live in an apartment, Greystone is without a doubt the best. The management here is fabulous. Keyona, Taylor, Gary and Brandon all pay attention to detail.

I came yesterday and toured the property. Taylor was very knowledgeable and funny! It definitely made me feel welcomed because most the time people try an rush you but she took me all around that thing! Can’t wait for something to open up so my fiancé and I can apply.

It’s nice and quiet and everything you need is around us . Grocery stores more restaurants than you need . Very convenient location. Pool , playground, dog park.

We have not been here long, but we have met some of our neighbors and they are very nice. The apartment is great! The updated appliances, alarm system, and sun porch make it feel very upgraded.

Great place to live! It's a small and quiet community. The staff, Brandon, Kiana, Taylor and Gary are super nice. If you have any issues, they are quick to get it resolved. If you're looking for a place to call home, Main Street is it!

So far the staff has been nice and helpful. They’ve helped with any questions I’ve had so far. The community is clean and quiet! Seems like a great community so far.

It will be time for me to renew my lease, I do appreciate the staff and what they have done to help me but I feel that an increase in my rent and to have to live in the conditions of my apartment are unfair. There is only one issue in my apartment that was due to my error and I take full responsibility for that.

Keyona, Taylor, Brandon and Gary are all so nice and easy to work with. If there is a problem, they take care of it quickly. They make living here very pleasant.

Quiet place to live. Beautiful apartments, great neighbors. Tucked away. Sitting on the screened in porch is a real treat listening to nature.

Overall great experience for just being here for two days. Both management agents are tracking what maintenance needs to take care of. Great neighborhood, the pool is nice and open all year round.

It was time for quarterly checks. I requested that Brandon or Brayden come to me early as I had 2 appointments back to back and wasn't sure when I'd return. Brayden came early and I so appreciated it.

On my second lease. Still a wonderful place to live. Looking at a possible third lease. I love that it’s peaceful here. This place is a hidden gem.

Management is always really responsive and quick to help with any maintenance issues. Neighborhood is nice and quiet with close proximity to the strip mall, Veterans Parkway and Whittlesey Blvd.

The people that I've met have been very welcoming to the community. I am really enjoying the peaceful feeling of the neighborhood and the cleanliness of the grounds. The apartments themselves are a plus for me.

The entire team at Main Street Village has been professional, friendly, and empathetic to the move-in experience! The apartment was very clean, and it was apparent that the maintenance team takes pride in their work.

My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years now. The rent compared to most places Columbus has to offer is great. We also love that our unit was completely remodeled before we moved it. Everything inside is clean. It’s very quiet, despite being in the middle of town. We love Main Street!

It is a very peaceful community. Neighbors are friendly. Apartment floor plan in is very well laid out. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders.

Everyone here is so easy to work with. I love Keyona, Taylor, Brandon and Gary. I would have given 5 stars, but since I've moved in, I've been asking to have the roof fixed over my porch and the gutter over the steps. When it rains moderately to heavy, my porch is flooded with debris from the roof and the gutter overflows onto the steps and you get soaked. Please call a roofer that knows what he is doing!!

The maintenance staff alone makes this apartment space enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure my new space was functional and it was much appreciated. Thank you!

Well-maintained apartment complex that's kept clean and running smoothly. Management is very friendly and accommodating. The buildings themselves are solid construction, spacious, and partially made with brick, each of which help with sound reduction so I don't hear my neighbors through the walls too often. Maintenance responded in a reasonable time frame to fix our broken disposal. Lastly, the rent itself is very affordable for the quality of living. Thank you Greystone for not trying to squeeze every dollar out of us in a high-inflation economy.

I do enjoy living here but continue to have long wait time for repair requests. I understand there is only one person. I have been living here for about 10 years and these apartments has been here for longer than that, so there is a lot of natural wear and tear of items. My son is a amputee wheelchair user, so it's hard to get over the doorway into he apartment, continuing to wat on blinds, repair to cabinet doors and stove vent but other than that it's an okay experience. I don't see pest control that much, even though I am charged for this service, plus now the apartment has added on for fees for rental insurance which I already have, but I must use theirs, more fees for living here and yet I have settle, remain complacent but remain compliant with paying my rent and fees on time or be charged for any late payments. I don't wish to go any where else to live because like I said I do like it here.

Everything has been absolutely perfect so far. The staff has been so nice, my interest in the apartments to completing the application process to being approved and moving in! I love the location as well. Everything is so close!

Everything is good here . I have good neighbors I like that it is located closer to just about anywhere you need to go . The staff is nice . I love it here I have lived at a Greystone property for 16 years not all 16 here. I will be going on five years here .

For a Columbus apartment it's nice. It's in a good location, staff is friendly and prompt. I wish our AC did not break so often but they do help us out when it happens. The neighbors are okay and the rent is affordable.

All of my neighbors are super nice! Maintenance always gets everything taken care of to my standards and the grounds are always super pretty.

I like living here. Keyonna, Taylor, Gary and Brandon are a joy. The buildings could use a good pressure washing and the steps need to match. Couple of roofing issues, but otherwise nicely maintained.

We just moved in recently & the staff has been very helpful & attentive to any questions/concerns we have had. The online portal is helpful in submitting maintenance requests & for paying rent.

I love that I have a wonderful leasing staff that are always there when you need them. I have never lived in a apartment complex that take care of their tenants that way that Graystone Main Street does. The community is quite and kept clean.

Overall a great place to live. Friendly neighbors and staff The only downside is the longer you stay the higher the rent for those on a monthly budget it sometimes gets overwhelming

A very peaceful place! Very clean property and amazing staff! Spacious townhome, plenty of parking, great pool! Tentative groundskeepers! I love the community events put together by the property manager Duanita Jones! She is amazing!
