A little difficult with communication in the beginning but later found out it was do to a change in management and staffing but once I got moved in the service the provided was very nice.

Love the location here! But I will say it’s hard to get in touch with the manger, she never available, also the parking for phase 3 is not great since nobody wants to park in the back even tho their apartment is facing the back, but you have to be okay with it since it’s not gonna change

The property is located centrally to amenities. It has quick access to highways. Communication and customer service at the office is subpar and underwhelming.

Overall i have a positive experience with the community. They organize activities for the community to get together, the property is very well maintained, facilities are adequate Downside is all residents are auto enrolled to RentPlus and you need to manually opt out, which i find is a minor annoyance

The leasing agents at the office are very cooperative on the whole move in process. We are absolutely loving the new place and is a very quiet complex with no problem at all with parking close to your building. All of the amenities are nice and clean. Cannot wait to try the pool this summer!

The maintenance crew are professional and friendly and respond quickly too our needs. The staff and property manager are very friendly and professional, they are patient and understanding when it comes too handling any issues we have. All the staff work hard handling issues that come up, the property is clean and maintained. The neighbors are friendly and it is quite considering being close to a highway.and a nice place too live.

Need to add more dog potty trash cans. Also noise from highway can be loud sometimes. Overall good experience and great staff. The pool and dog spa is the best.

This quiet community is a delight in the middle of one of Columbus’ busier areas. The staff is professional and helpful and the complex has great amenities. The grounds are well maintained with three areas of apartments. It is a fabulous place to line near restaurants, grocers, and shopping!

I have been a part of this lovely community for 3 years now and when I say anytime I place a service request, for maintenance/pest control. They are on their P’s & Q’s to include the property manager! I love it here! I don’t know about other apartment communities, BUT! this place here HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE to be a part of a nice, pleasant, quiet, beautiful grounds in all 3 phases and friendly tenants within the community that will give you a reason to call Greystone at Inverness YOUR HOME.

Great area of town … management is helpful. Been a 10 year resident and that says a lot.. A great gym and the pools are very well maintained during the summer. Close to good schools and shopping.

Prior to moving in it was the 20th of December and I was trying to get Christmas gifts sent to my new address and I called the property to let them know I had packages arriving and as I began to apologize the young lady told me it was perfectly fine and that it’s okay and I could pickup my packages upon my arrival, the kindness was felt through the phone and I was grateful. Great office staff.

I moved in mid November and have been very satisfied with everything here. Ruben in the sales office deserves five stars for answering every question every email and every concern prior to signing my lease. Noah has responded to every maintenance request quickly happily and explains what the problem is and how he’s going to go about repairing it All of my request up and completing in a timely manner and I’ve been very very happy with the neighborhood it’s quiet pretty and convenient too shopping parks and anything else you want to do in Columbus area

Nice quiet community in a convenient location. The amenities are great, especially the dog spa and pools! Sometimes the laundry app doesn’t work, so it would be nice if they had card readers in the machines.

Single renter/60. I just moved in but I already LOVE it. The office staff is friendly, polite, and willing to help me over and over and over again. I feel very safe here with the security gates and in apartment alarm systems. The townhouse is like living in an affordable home with every amenity. Nice walking paths and “doggie parks”. Smaller buildings mean ample parking. Such a quiet, peaceful place to call “HOME”.

This is a great community to live in. Customer service is outstanding from the management office team to the maintenance team. The property is always kept nice and clean which is a plus and if there's a maintenance issue in your unit, maintenance takes care of it right away. I absolutely love this apartment community.

I’ve been living at Inverness at GREYSTONE for over a year. My neighbors are very friendly and respectful. The property is very clean and maintained. The staff members are very polite and professional. There is something planned each month that allows us meet other neighbors. I feel safe living here and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I moved here in July of this past summer. Since I've moved here I've had no issues. My apartment is very nice and has modern color schemes. The neighborhood is very safe and is kept very clean. The properties are maintained very well here!

Great place to live, been here since 2018. place is clean and well maintained, location is perfect. recently had to request for some maintenance requests via the mobile app, Noah, the maintenance tech was quick to arrive and fixed the problem.

It is indeed a beautiful place to live you can experience the real nature. As if you are in the lap of Mother Nature. It’s really calm community Cleanliness is the key here. Gym is fanatic

I’ve been living in Greystone over 5 years and I haven’t had to many bd experiences. I love the overall layout and staff and maintenance comes out pretty fast so I don’t have any issues.
My mom and I moved here from Providence, RI in August of 2020 and we have signed a new lease every year since then. It is a beautiful place to live, very quiet, the property is maintained very nicely and the management staff are very professional. We will be definitely signing another lease in 2025.

We just moved in here 3 days back and Im so speechless and extremely happy when the first time we enter into the apartment, its a 2 bedroom unit, my children loves it so much because its spacious, very clean and luxurious. Apart from that, its a very quiet community and its really perfect living here.we love it here, the staffs of greystone are very accomodating and kind. They always welcome you with a sweet smile.
