Greystone at Inverness

We have had such an amazing experience while living here for the past 8 almost nine years. The entire staff have always been welcoming and professional. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and welcoming home environment.

So far, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here at Greystone at Inverness. I wish that I had moved here sooner. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me at this apartment complex.

Overall i have a positive experience with the community. They organize activities for the community to get together, the property is very well maintained, facilities are adequate Downside is all residents are auto enrolled to RentPlus and you need to manually opt out, which i find is a minor annoyance

The leasing agents at the office are very cooperative on the whole move in process. We are absolutely loving the new place and is a very quiet complex with no problem at all with parking close to your building. All of the amenities are nice and clean. Cannot wait to try the pool this summer!

The community is good and the apartment are well built . The property manager and lease associate are very helping and kind. We recently moved to this two bed townhouse and my kids love it.

Everything is going well here. The exterior areas are immaculately kept. Maintenance is quick to respond to any problems. The staff here are probably the nicest and most helpful folks I have encountered at any of my rental experiences.

We love living here! The staff is fantastic and the grounds are gorgeous! I recommend this to anyone looking. Conveniently located, and very private.

So far my experience with Greystone has been very pleasant! Our agent was knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help, that last part being most important to me.

Maintenance Services are done professionally and in a timely manner. Once your issue is acknowledged they will fix it within 24 hours.

The maintenance crew are professional and friendly and respond quickly too our needs. The staff and property manager are very friendly and professional, they are patient and understanding when it comes too handling any issues we have. All the staff work hard handling issues that come up, the property is clean and maintained. The neighbors are friendly and it is quite considering being close to a highway.and a nice place too live.

I liked the application process was smooth and thereafter even on moving day I was showed everything.It a very quiet peaceful community to live in.But yeah car is a must

Need to add more dog potty trash cans. Also noise from highway can be loud sometimes. Overall good experience and great staff. The pool and dog spa is the best.

The complex is convenient to nearly everything. Staff communication & customer service “seem” to be getting better. They try hard to be creative with community events.

My experience so far has been great! Quiet neighborhood, location close to my favorite stores, and pricing is affordable too. 10 out of 10 ??

This quiet community is a delight in the middle of one of Columbus’ busier areas. The staff is professional and helpful and the complex has great amenities. The grounds are well maintained with three areas of apartments. It is a fabulous place to line near restaurants, grocers, and shopping!

I’ve been here over 3 years now and hush renewed my lease and I still love it here. Maintenance is fast and the office personnel are really nice. I’m said to see Rueben retire he was always cool and helpful to me.

I have been a part of this lovely community for 3 years now and when I say anytime I place a service request, for maintenance/pest control. They are on their P’s & Q’s to include the property manager! I love it here! I don’t know about other apartment communities, BUT! this place here HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE to be a part of a nice, pleasant, quiet, beautiful grounds in all 3 phases and friendly tenants within the community that will give you a reason to call Greystone at Inverness YOUR HOME.

We’ve enjoyed living here so far! Love the layout of the apartment, the gym is very clean, very quiet community. Huge closets in the bedrooms, maintenance is very friendly!

I am so happy with my apartment it is indeed a beautiful apartment and the it is surrounded by trees and nature which keeps me alive and happy

It’s been nice here. Location is great, very quiet and the staff is very nice. If I have an issue it is always taken care of. Maintenance is always fast and fixes all my issues.

Quiet, private area with great access to shopping mall nearby with many restaurants/stores within 10 minutes from apartment

The move was a smooth move, the community is quiet and having had lived in many areas around the country, this is one of the best places in Columbus GA, maintenance is great and if I could give the office staff 10 stars I would, no matter when you call they are extremely helpful, kind and courteous.

Great area of town … management is helpful. Been a 10 year resident and that says a lot.. A great gym and the pools are very well maintained during the summer. Close to good schools and shopping.

Any time I’ve needed a repair, they’ve responded quickly and resolved the issue professionally. It’s such a relief to know I can count on them. The office staff is equally impressive—inviting, friendly, and always eager to help. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting with lease details, or organizing community events, they go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. The grounds are another highlight of this community. They are always beautifully manicured, with lush greenery and well-maintained landscaping. Walking around the property is a pleasure, and it’s clear the team takes pride in keeping everything looking its best. Overall, Inverness is a fantastic place to call home. Thanks to Whitney, Kierra, and Reuben, my move-in process was a breeze. So far so good with my apartment.

Prior to moving in it was the 20th of December and I was trying to get Christmas gifts sent to my new address and I called the property to let them know I had packages arriving and as I began to apologize the young lady told me it was perfectly fine and that it’s okay and I could pickup my packages upon my arrival, the kindness was felt through the phone and I was grateful. Great office staff.

I moved in mid November and have been very satisfied with everything here. Ruben in the sales office deserves five stars for answering every question every email and every concern prior to signing my lease. Noah has responded to every maintenance request quickly happily and explains what the problem is and how he’s going to go about repairing it All of my request up and completing in a timely manner and I’ve been very very happy with the neighborhood it’s quiet pretty and convenient too shopping parks and anything else you want to do in Columbus area

Nice quiet community in a convenient location. The amenities are great, especially the dog spa and pools! Sometimes the laundry app doesn’t work, so it would be nice if they had card readers in the machines.

Single renter/60. I just moved in but I already LOVE it. The office staff is friendly, polite, and willing to help me over and over and over again. I feel very safe here with the security gates and in apartment alarm systems. The townhouse is like living in an affordable home with every amenity. Nice walking paths and “doggie parks”. Smaller buildings mean ample parking. Such a quiet, peaceful place to call “HOME”.

Have been in both phase 1 & phase 2 (10 years ) & a great place to be your home .friendly front desk & officers.easy access to grocery & hang out places.

This is a great community to live in. Customer service is outstanding from the management office team to the maintenance team. The property is always kept nice and clean which is a plus and if there's a maintenance issue in your unit, maintenance takes care of it right away. I absolutely love this apartment community.

I’ve been living at Inverness at GREYSTONE for over a year. My neighbors are very friendly and respectful. The property is very clean and maintained. The staff members are very polite and professional. There is something planned each month that allows us meet other neighbors. I feel safe living here and I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I moved here in July of this past summer. Since I've moved here I've had no issues. My apartment is very nice and has modern color schemes. The neighborhood is very safe and is kept very clean. The properties are maintained very well here!

Great place to live, been here since 2018. place is clean and well maintained, location is perfect. recently had to request for some maintenance requests via the mobile app, Noah, the maintenance tech was quick to arrive and fixed the problem.

It is indeed a beautiful place to live you can experience the real nature. As if you are in the lap of Mother Nature. It’s really calm community Cleanliness is the key here. Gym is fanatic

I’ve been living in Greystone over 5 years and I haven’t had to many bd experiences. I love the overall layout and staff and maintenance comes out pretty fast so I don’t have any issues.

My mom and I moved here from Providence, RI in August of 2020 and we have signed a new lease every year since then. It is a beautiful place to live, very quiet, the property is maintained very nicely and the management staff are very professional. We will be definitely signing another lease in 2025.

I’ve been here a year now and my experience here has been good so far. I’ve had minor issues that were solved immediately. The areas are always neat and clean. I would recommend the property to others.

We just moved in here 3 days back and Im so speechless and extremely happy when the first time we enter into the apartment, its a 2 bedroom unit, my children loves it so much because its spacious, very clean and luxurious. Apart from that, its a very quiet community and its really perfect living here.we love it here, the staffs of greystone are very accomodating and kind. They always welcome you with a sweet smile. Neighbors are great, they even donate us some furnitures since we are new here in states. And the staffs are all accomodating and approachable.

The location is prime - near a shopping center, restaurants, movie theatre and interstate access. The community is quiet and clean. The apartment staff can benefit from implementing a complaint process that is more objective and structured.

I absolutely loveeee this neighborhood. It’s amazing, I always feel so safe. It’s always so quiet, there is nothing I can complain about. I hope to renew my lease.
