Greystone at Country Club

The people on the staff are very nice! The community is centrally located and close to most everything you need including schools, shopping, dining out, and access to all major highways

So far so good , any issue I’ve had they’ve address it. Matthew is awesome he made a suggestion and I went with it and I’m glad I did. Greystone is definitely a popular property company here in Columbus I highly recommend

The entire Greystone community has made the leasing process easy and hassle free. With me and my boyfriend working full time the online documentation signing was a huge plus in our books.

I love the place, when I was moving in the carpets where replaced before my arrival. Whenever I found an issue caused by use from the previous tennant it was fixed quickly.

Great location. Well-kept buildings and grounds. Very friendly staff. Large rooms. Plenty of closet space. Space for washer and dryer in utility room.

Just recently moved in and definitely enjoyed my experience working with Matthew! He was so knowledgeable and nice! Truly appreciate him getting me moved in before the holiday! The unit is beautiful and the community is quiet! Really excited about the future here at Greystone!

Great place to live. Could benefit from a common area for residents. Very quiet and shaded area. It's a nice place to take the dog for a walk as well.

I love the location with its natural landscaping. but I'd like to see the grounds kept better. The community is located in the middle of town and close to shopping, recreation, walking trails, schools and major highways. A pool is on the premises but does not have restroom facilites so plan accordginly.

I like living here because it is quiet. It doesn't have many amenities, but it is a hidden cove that ensures a safe atmosphere. The pool is very nice. The garbage disposal overlooks the country club of Columbus, so no worries about location. Overall nice apartment building!

I've lived here over a year now and absolutely love it. Office staff is great and very friendly. Maintenance is super helpful and respond quickly. I've never had any issues while I've lived here. Community is quiet but welcoming.

This place has been the best apartment I have ever lived!! A 5 minute drive to work and downtown is really convenient!

Quiet clean small community. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves we wave and speak in passing but that’s about it. It’s off a dead end street so little to no traffic flow our way either!

Greystone at Country Club is a beautiful community. It's quiet and a wonderful place to call home. The apartments are cozy and they are conveniently located to just about anywhere in town.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Whenever you have a question or issue they will help you to get it solved. Only issue I would say is that maintenance isn’t very quick.

The location is great, the complex is near Lakebottom park and there are several dining choices nearby within a decent drive able distance. Friendly staff and neighbors. Good pricing.

When I was looking for an apartment everyone I spoke with recommended a Greystone property. I‘ve had a Great Experience! I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

Lived here for two years and I have loved it. Maintenance is always on property and quick to help. Apartments are nice and spacious. Lakebottom is close by (although you have to drive to it). If you don’t need a ton of community amenities, this is the perfect place and I’d say grab one before they are gone bc that’s what I did and I definitely was not disappointed.

Other than one particular noisy neighbor we’ve loved it here!! The staff is super sweet and helpful! The grounds are very well maintained and it’s such a sweet area of town.

Like it here. Needs to be remodeled. Too many unnecessary problems. Needs to be addressed ASAP. Staff is very professional. I really like that part!

I like the atmosphere of Greystone. It is a building that does not have a lot of people going in and out and it is mostly quiet here. I appreciate the friendly faces I see often when I do have to go to the leasing office.

So far so good. I have had some noisy neighbors but otherwise it has been good thus far. The management girls are great. Location is located near most everything so that is good.

I love this little townhouse but ever since this family has moved in next door to us, we have been woken up continuously from 9pm-5am by slamming doors, laundry, talking, and furniture moving around. We have a 2 year old son who often gets woken up from naps and through the night by their loud way of living. It’s such a shame because whoever lived there before them, we hardly ever heard. And then the neighbors on our other side we never hear either. I’ve talked to the sweet staff about it many times but nothing has happened. We are so exhausted and frustrated by the last couple of months here.

My experience has been the best so far!!! I’m loving my apartment and all my neighbors are so nice!! The office staff are kind and very fast with requests.

I’ve been at Greystone Country Club since 2014 and love it. The location is great it’s close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, parks, hospitals, downtown and recreational activities are endless. Most importantly is the leasing office and their team will work with you and make sure you’re taken care of and happy, and Keyona, Meredith and David does that!

Fantastic staff! Clean, safe and diverse community. If certain HVAC issues are addressed and laundry facilities were updated, the property would easily receive 5 stars!

I enjoy living at this community as the area is relatively quiet and the location is ideal. I also appreciate how the maintenance staff is very responsive.

The staff is wonderful, the maintenance man here is always friendly and always fixes whatever issue you have immediately. The rate is not bad for what you are getting. I have been here two years so far no complaints.

We enjoy living here. It is quiet. We have nice neighbors. It is a beautiful complex with old mature trees. We feel very safe at anytime of the day or night.

So far so good! Had an appliance issue and it was fixed. I love that I can get my packages securely delivered to the office so even if I'm not around or not home I know my packages are safe. Pool looks nice and clean and the neighbors are pleasant and quiet

Greystone on Country Club has offered a quiet and quaint neighborhood to be a part of. The front office and maintenance team are very responsive.

The community seems quiet and the grounds look well groomed and I was super excited to move here but my unit that I just got the keys to is definitely not up to Greystone standards and I am waiting til after the holiday to hopefully get things resolved because the weekend person seemed to be unbothered by my concerns

Lots of positives, quite, clean, helpful staff, affordable. It’s an older building and has the issues that come with that. I wish there was a recycling bin or program of some kind though.
