Greystone at Columbus Park

Everyone is wonderful! The property is gorgeous. So excited to be apart of this community. The space in the Apartment! Wow the are huge, and laid out beautifully.

Not sure how to answer since I haven’t moved in yet. Looking forward to moving in. I love the apartment and the grounds. Glad the pool will be opened because I a pool rat.

This has to have been the best experience I have had yet. The residents are so sweet, and one of the leasing people Ms. Selena was so nice definitely worth to come back.

Staff is quick within all aspects and friendly. Very nice if they have space you will be moved in within a day or 2, and that is the entire staff No one has changed my mind yet

I am so impressed with everything about this community, most importantly the management and staff. They are kind, responsive, knowlegeable, helpful, hardworking, and committed to highest quality standards. The grounds are impeccably maintained and the buildings are well constructed and maintained. The location is close to shopping and transportation. I highly recommend for your next apartment home.

Apartment is very nice, and in an excellent location. Amenities are all functional, neighbors are good, and the property is beautiful. My one complaint is there were some small issues with the apartment, such as the only outlet in the bathroom not working. The maintenance team does seem to move pretty quickly however as all our other problems were resolved in short order.

We love the lake, trees, location and space. We love how we can fish, which we will try. The neighbors are great people, nobody around is obnoxiously loud. Great system for receiving mail. how ever, we do not like how maintenance came into our apartment without anyone telling us they would be coming.

My daughter and myself have enjoyed living in the greystone columbus park community for over five years and we have enjoyed the staff neighbors and amenities. I highly recommend!

Living at Greystone Columbus Park has been a great experience. The grounds and clubhouse are very well kept. My girlfriend and I use the gym on a regular basis, it is awesome for a quick workout. We also love to hang out in the kitchen and make coffee, there are always cups available for residents. Maintenance is on top of everything that needs to be fixed.

Overall the complex is great, and the staff is great, only issue that I have is for the rent prices I would expect the gym equipment to be more dated.

This is a beautiful complex with great and updated amenities. So glad we are near nice neighbors. Here the entire complex is quiet. The property manager and assistant managers have great consumer services. CS :)

Living here has been an awesome experience so far! The amenities are great and the staff is super friendly! I appreciate how well kept everything is around the community too! It's a beautiful place to live with basically everything you'd need to eat and shop just outside the complex. I'd highly recommend living here!

I haven't officially moved in yet, but my experience has been fairly positive so far. The apartment needed a deep clean as there was a layer of construction dust on everything. There is also quite a bit of paint over spray on the brand new floors and blinds, and pretty much every where. There were also several maintenance orders that were put in that haven't been done yet.

I have enjoyed staying at greystone columbus park. We have the best staff, neighbors, pool, clubhouse, park, and gym. I have been here going on 5 years and have enjoyed it.

We are very content living here. The community is nice and well kept. The office staff is always superb and always helpful. That is what I like most is the helpfulness of the office staff.

I love the community, the people are so nice and helpful and the neighbors are very kind. I love that it’s mostly families that live here so it stays quiet for the most part and the do a great job of maintaining the community with cleaning/cutting and fixing everything immediately

I'm going on 2 years as a resident here and I'll be renewing my lease again. The property itself is lovely and the property managers are exceptional at accommodating your needs. It's a pleasant community in a great location. Any time I've had any maintenance needs, they were taken care of immediately. The only complaint is the price, but honestly, you get what you pay for.

I’m coming up on my 1 year mark living here and I’ve NEVER had an issue ever! The staff in the office and around the property are extremely nice. I’ve never had to place a repair order but I know should I need to it would be handled promptly. I honestly have nothing bad to say. I feel safe and comfortable here and will be renewing my lease!!

The property is beautiful in a very convenient and nice location. Plenty of fun things to do within the community and the surrounding area.

This community is one of the best in Columbus. You can’t go wrong with Greystone! The office management is always so polite and eager to help. The community is quiet, and well kept. Looking forward to many more years here!

My husband and I resided in this apartment complex for three years and one year, respectively. Initially, it seemed like an ideal living space. However, the quality of the complex has deteriorated over time. Cockroach Infestation in Storage: We rented a storage shed, only to discover it was overrun with cockroaches upon our first visit. Despite returning the key immediately, we were still charged for the month's rental. Dog Park Neglect: The maintenance of the dog park was neglected for several months. Notably, around October/November 2021, the waste bins were not emptied for nearly two months, posing a health hazard. Dog Attack Incident: My dog was injured by an aggressive dog within the complex, resulting in a 4-inch internal tear that necessitated two surgeries and extensive recovery time. There are multiple aggressive breed there, despite it saying they are not allowed in the lease. Frequent Water Disruptions: Throughout our stay, we experienced numerous water-related problems, including a leaking air conditioner and unexpected water shutoffs due to recurrent major leaks, necessitating extensive repairs that disrupted our daily lives. At one point, they had to tear up the entire sidewalk in front of our complex to deal with it. Mold Issue: My husband ended up with a water leak from an upstairs apartment, and the situation was not promptly or adequately addressed by management. They came in and "dried it out" but did not address the wet drywall properly for almost a month. Mold developed in the apartment, as can be seen in the attached photo. This negligence forced us to discard many of our possessions due to mold contamination. My husband was unable to use his rented washer/dryer or the kitchen properly on and off for a couple of weeks. He was not offered any partial credit for lack of appliances. He wasn't offered any real solutions. They kept insisting they took care of it by letting it dry. Instead, he had to buy large damp rid buckets every couple of days and dump them because they filled with water. At one point, I ended up sending an email to greystone corporate directly about our concerns, but we never heard back. We ended up flying him back home to WA for a couple of weeks so he wouldn't be stuck living in a wet, moldy apartment. Safety concerns: The safety of the complex deteriorated over time. There have been multiple emails warning off break-ins. At one point, there was an email about shots heard in or near the complex.

I love living here! Everyone has been so nice and helpful. My neighbors are great and it’s very quiet and peaceful here. The apartment community is so nice too!

I have been living at Greystone at Columbus Park going on four years and have enjoyed it. My daughter and I really enjoy the pool, fitness center and park. I highly recommend!

I have been living here for over a year and it has been wonderful. Front office is pretty friendly and maintenance staff is prompt whenever you put in any request. Best part is that complex is gated so there is no unwanted traffic.

Living here at Greystone at Columbus Park has been great! The community is quiet, and the staff are friendly and attentive. They also host nice events that get the community together so you can meet your neighbors!

I continue to love living here. Most of the residents are respectful of the property, and the apartments themselves are plenty spacious especially the one bedrooms.

A lovely experience thus far. The office staff are very accommodating and maintenance is very helpful. Unpacking is a hassle, but that is part of moving.

Greystone is second to none, customer service, mainence staff, pool, gym, grounds upkeep and overall all experience can't be matched, I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking to call a place home

Small complex and everyone is quiet and so kind. The common areas are always clean. The maintenance crew is so polite, they wave at you every time they see you. Work orders are completed on time.
