Cortland Dublin

I am happy to live here, I am able to live in a quiet, secluded place, safe and secure. My wife and child came here from Japan to visit for 3 months and she commented that it was a very comfortable place to live. My floor is on the third floor, and the stairs are gently angled so that I can carry my shopping up them with no problem, and the stairs are wide enough to easily carry large items. Thank you

The apartment complex is awesome. Very safe and the management team is so friendly. Maintenance requests are resolved quickly.

Living here has been a great experience. I enjoy the sense of community and how convenient everything is, from parks to shops. One of the things I value most is the safety of the neighborhood. It gives me peace of mind, especially as a single mom, knowing my son and I are in a secure environment.

Macie and Dylan are great. They are beyond doubt the best team since I have seen since I have been here ( over 5 years). Always willing to help in any way

I have owned by home for the past 56 years, but living in the Cortland apartment has been awesome. This is perfect for me.

I have had a wonderful experience thus far living at Cortland Dublin. The amenities are nice and generally not super crowded. There is always parking available relatively close to my unit. Everyone in the community and office are very kind, and maintenance requests are taken care of extremely quickly!

Overall, Cortland is an amazing property that truly cares about its residents, I am very happy I chose to live here!

Perfect place to call home! Beautiful layout & fair price, & the maintenance & office personal is outstanding within their role. Just make sure to ask about the rate for gas and electric!! Unless things actually change after the years I've spent here you can plan on spending a FEW HUNDRED just on utilities regardless of your household size! They are in some contract that has yet to end.

Cortland Dublin has been my home for nearly 5 years now and I must say that the amenities and maintenance programs are wonderful, and i feel very safe and at home here. About a year ago, I was befell by a very serious heart issue. As I am single, I thought I would have a difficult time during recovery. Nope. One morning I looked outside only to see Macie cleaning my windows, then taking out the trash, and calling me to see if there was anything that I needed. That is kind of people Cortland Dublin employs. I am just as happy today as I was the first day I moved in. Thank you all.

Having recently moved in to Cortland Dublin, I can say this is an extremely nice and high quality apartment complex. The complex is in excellent condition and well maintained. The leasing agents/staff have provided excellent service that has far exceeded my expectations as they have been very welcoming and easy to communicate with. Any question I have is always immediately answered. The apartment itself is very nice and of high quality. The appliances are new and the layout makes for a very homey feel. Nice and spacious and perfect for what I was looking for.

I’ve lived here since April 2023. In my 7 months here, I’ve had continual issues with a broken patio door. I noticed the issue in the walk through before I moved in and was told it would be fixed. It wasn’t, and my utilities costs are sky high and it has allowed ants all through the apartment. I’ve submitted multiple service tickets, as maintenance says “you need a new door” and simply won’t install one. They closed my second to last most recent ticket without even coming to address the door. And the team generally doesn’t fix issues they’re made aware of. Trash piles up by the compactor, dog waste bins aren’t emptied which leaves residents to stop cleaning up after pets. The office also held a contest to get 5 star reviews here so I’d be cautious about believing the ones you see here.

Our stay at Cortland Dublin has been amazing! We moved in around July of 2022 and have loved it ever since. The staff is great- Jessica and Macey are so helpful and friendly. Also, Pilot (the maintenance lead) is very responsive and knowledgeable. You also can’t beat the location, safety, and cleanliness of this place. Being located in Dublin is a huge bonus - you’re no more than 10 minutes from any amenities you could imagine. The trash dumpster gets full sometimes, but I think that’s the fault of the residents not knowing how to operate the compactor, not the staffs fault. Because the rest of the community is spotless including the office, gym, pool, and dog park. We love it here and think you would too!

All around good apartment to live in. Good layout, amenities, features, staff, and community. Trash situation needs to be improved.

Greydon house is a good place to live and has improved since cortland took over.

Greydon is such a nice community to live in! The people here are very nice, and I appreciate the quality of our apartment!

Can hear every move the neighbors make. Utility company is shady, price hikes at random times for no reason. Nothing ever gets fixed, always told “it isn’t broken”. Live somewhere else for the money.

Greydon House apartments are very visually appealing on the inside and it’s a very quiet community. I would recommend this complex to anyone searching for a rental.

These apartments are GREAT! The front office responds in a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance team is awesome and very professional. I have already recommended these apartments to some of my friends!

Love being a resident here! The staff is so friendly (Graham is THE best), the property & amenities are beautiful and well kept, the maintenance if needed, is always prompt.

I just recently moved in to Greydon House and I love it so far! The management was super friendly and helpful answering all of my questions with the move in process.

Happy to say that I’ve lived here a little over a year now. Whitney is always helpful and they’re always offering fun activities or giveaways for the residents! The community is clean, quiet and safe, and provides everything on my must-have list for a home. Definitely recommend!

Management is always on top of things, great help when you need assistance. The apartments are fantastic and feel clean and new when you move in and continue to operate smoothly long after you've arrived. Never have any noise problems, or any problems at all, overall just fantastic.

I recently moved into The Greydon House and have loved my experience living here so far. The rooms are spacious with ample natural light. The closet and storage space is also phenomenal. The staff here is kind and aims to do whatever they can to make you feel right at home! Highly recommend.

I have been living here since March of this year and am I loving it! Inside the apartment everything was brand and gorgeous. The staff here are always so much responsive, friend and lovely, including with my dog :)

I moved into this apartment complex in February after much research and I absolutely love it here! The apartments are very spacious with a lot of closet and pantry space. The appliances are brand new and gorgeous. The staff at Greydon House are amazing! They are so friendly and extremely responsive. All maintenance requests are taken care of same day or within 24 hours. I had a light bulb go out and I had a new box in front of my door the next day. Definitely would recommend living at Greydon House!

We moved here in November and absolutely love coming home! The layout is lovely then appliances are awesome! And we love the granite counters and cooking meals at home! Very at peace here! The staff treat us wonderfully, highly recommend champion properties in general, when we were searching we were treated with kindness and felt welcome at each. But we particularly love this Dublin location and layout! Incredibly happy with our decision!

The best part about living at Greydon house is being around the top-notch property management team. No matter what maintenance issues occurred, they were quick with response and followed through. I recommend Greydon House to anyone who is looking to establish their career and settle down. I am looking forward to renewing my lease!

This apartment complex was built by preferred living and there were definitely a few errors from preferred (some of the doors aren't hung right, they used resin to fix a chip in my sink which I recently noticed, the shower design makes cleaning more difficult, damage to some of the appliances); the new owners Champion are much better. They are diligent about fixing things that were neglected by preferred (for example, lighting, extra doggie waste stations, adding privacy glass in the fitness center, better utility management company, added a recycling service). They aren't just focused on filling the units to sell it off. The appliances and space in the kitchen is better than any apartment I've ever had. The washer and dryers are nice, large and relatively quiet. The one item I hate the most is the carpet, almost every time I vacuum piles of the carpet come loose and over all it's a very cheap nylon carpet. The laminate/vinyl flooring is a great color and I haven't had any issues with my dogs (60lbs) nails damaging it. There's a lot of storage space in the various closets and built-ins for the walk-in closet. I would recommend living here because of the location (lots of parks closeby, grocery stores, easy access to 270/33), the apartment looks nice, and the new management team.

I loved living here!! The management changed within the last few months and that was a huge improvement. I can’t say enough good things about them! Very nice place to live, convenient location and Josh the sales manager is an absolutely fantastic person to work with I can’t thank him enough for all his help!

New Apartments. I have had several issues with the same on going issues. Even though they come out immediately it has taken several times to resolve the issues. Electric is extremely high for such a small living space. The furnace has not even been turned on this winter, But has stayed within comfortable tempurature - so why is the electric so high? Ranging $155 to $200 a month. Walls are thin and can hear neighbors talking and cabinets closing in other apartments. Trash compactor fills up quickly and only is picked up once a week. No recycle. Residence are paying high utilities for poor construction. I would not recommend living here.

I’ve had nothing but problems since moving in. I would suggest looking else where for your apartment. They may be new but they are built very poorly and you can hear the neighbors even more so than normal apartment living.

I love the area, easy access to highway, Tuttle, Hilliard and all that Dublin has to offer! Brand new w/ beautiful finishes and very spacious!
