we’ve been moved in for about a week and have had great communication with the office. any maintenance requests put in have been fixed very quickly. my boyfriend and i have been very happy with our choice of complex.

Great office staff. Maintenance does a good job of fixing things when they actually show up. The apartments are falling apart and gross with cigarette residue and smoke damage. The garage was filthy and has graffiti and damage inside and out. The garage door seal is GONE. Holes In the drywall. The work out room is nice but out dated and some of the equipment is perpetually broken and worn out. Is it luxury? No. Is it worth the money? Barely. The staff is polite and courteous I love them. It's just everything else that mildly sucks. I can live with it though as long as I don't die from asthma attacks from smoke residue.

If you wanna live in an overpriced, structure that is hanging together by glue and ridiculousness, this is amazing your luxury apartments that have not an ounce of luxury, where the water is constantly being turned off building by building… cause the water pipes just break and burst, and the washer and dryer have been here since the 80s and it’s probably better to hand wash and air dry your laundry

This place is such a pleasant place to live. It is quiet and tucked away. Very few outsiders or disturbances. Staff and neighbors are very friendly and respectful. I am very happy I found this place.

Greenwood point is in a surprisingly quiet spot off of two main streets. Just off the trail, there are nice walk to do in the area.

I'd like to start off by saying everyone. As far as maintenance to management is kind and courteous and respectful, The way they keep up the grounds. The grass is always nice, the trees are trimmed. No trash on the ground. It's a very beautiful place to live. Neighbors are nice, quiet, no rif-raf walking through. All around 10 on a scale of 1-10 and I would recommend Greenwood Point apartment homes to anybody who's looking.

Couldn't have found a better place to call home. Even being a person with a visual imparement, all staff and neighboring apartments all go above and beyond of friendliness and having each other's backs. Recommend Greenwood all the time when someone is iso of an apartment.

Several different reviews say they have been here since 2008. Do not live here! I moved into two different units because of mold in my walls. Management said it would be fine and that I would stay in my lease. Do not fall into the same trap as me!

Greenwood Point made it easy to tour their buildings. The staff, both Joy and Shannon made moving in painless and enjoyable. They aided in making the move a quick and trouble-free transition.

This poorly managed mess was infested with bedbugs and still haven't compensated us for our lost furniture. Not even worth a visit.

Paul, We are deeply concerned by this review as it is not indicative of how our staff conducts itself or the type of environment we strive to provide to every resident. We do have procedures in place to deal with pest issues should they ever arise, but we cannot put solutions to problems in place until we aware there is an issue. Although you no longer call our community home, we do prefer to part ways on a positive note. Please call the office at your earliest convenience to speak with us should you have any ongoing concerns you would like us to address. We wish you luck in your future endeavors.
Greenwood point has been a very pleasant community to live in. Location is great, and relatively close to everything. The entire staff is always helpful, friendly, and kind. Communication from management to residents seems to always be a priority, which is great. The incredible maintenance team is always on top of it and always share a friendly smile.

In my experience, the neighbors have all been friendly, you can't beat the access to the walking/biking trail, it is pet friendly, the office staff have been professional & responsive and the maintenance staff are amazing- friendly, professional, responsive and since the little things matter, I appreciate that they are friendly with my dog. Thanks for creating a nice community

I enjoy living at this community with my kids. The renovations are really nice, and I like that the community is tucked back away from Broadway. It is in a great location. The property staff is always friendly and they work hard... I plan on renewing my lease. We are happy with out apartment enjoy living at Greenwood Point.

Hello Annie, it's upsetting to hear that your experience with our team was nothing less than the top-notch service we strive for and would appreciate a chance to turn your experience around. If there is something we can address with you directly, please contact the leasing office at (303) 781-2595. As to your comment regarding the pool, the color of the pool isn?t ideal right now as the pool is closed and has been closed since a little after Labor Day. While the pool was open, we received numerous comments from our residents as to how well the pool was maintained. Therefore, I am assuming your comment is due to the current color of the pool but again, it is not open at this time as we are winterizing it. If my assumption to your comment is incorrect, I would like to have a better understanding about your experience. If there is anything we can address you with directly, please do not hesitate to reach out.
