Greenwood at Katy is a beautiful community. I was surprised by how much I enjoy the lake views and pool features daily. The maintenance staff takes care of the small details like keeping the walking path around the pond fully stocked with conveniently placed doggy bags and receptacles. The leasing staff, and Megan in particular, are super helpful and welcoming. And the apartment itself was clean, move in ready, and features lovely fixtures and a thoughtful layout.

The staff in the office staff is great to work with, and the apartment was in great shape when I moved in. When I had trouble with the dishwasher they were here in 45 min to repair it. I have had no problem with it since the repair. The service tech was great to talk to and the repair was taken care of quickly.

I am very satisfied and happy living here going on 2 years and have renewed my lease. My only complaint is with so many residents having dogs, including myself, that more attention is needed for the dog park. I believe all dog owners should receive monthly reminders to clean up after their pets as many do not comply.

Greenwood at Katy was a great experience for me and my family during our relocation transition. Every single staff member was professional, great communicators and solved any issues or concerns throughout our entire stay. They put there best foot forward when it comes to their tenants and property, as if they were their own family. I became married and needed a bigger home and it was very sad having to give up my apartment as it was the best part of my testimony and I thank God for the relationship that has been birth at greenwood at Katy!!!

I've been at Greenwood for about 1 month now. The best part is the actual apartment itself. The apartment is beautifully appointed an has a lot of nice features that I wanted in an a place. The drawback it the actual complex. For starters, I knew that parking would be an issue, I had read reviews on it, but the placement of garages and carports on the property make no sense at all. The grounds need sprucing up, tenants smoke cigarettes (supposedly smoke-free property), dogs poo is not collected (although they are supposed to ID the poop offenders), pool is not cleaned often enough (I wouldn't get it). Lastly, seems a lot of people not on the lease live there. MGMT, its time to get more attentive and enforce rules and curb negative behavior before this property goes downhill quick.

I love my apartment at Greenwood at Katy from the appliances, the layout, the price, let’s not forget Mrs. Clarissa, Mrs. Molly, and Mrs Monica for outstanding services. I love how they try to resolve issues to make you feel you are being heard. I tried to move out when my lease was up but only to return because no other apartment complex was giving me the option of what I already have. I am so happy they was able to work with getting me another apartment last minute.
