Great place to live! The staff is friendly, maintenance is quick, and the property is always clean. My apartment is quiet and comfortable, and I feel safe in the community. They also do fun events and activities for residents all the time, which makes it feel really welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Apartments have always been great. Well kept up and always attendant to any maintenance and landscaping. Rate goes up every time I renew my lease.

Office staff is exceptional! My apartment needs an upgrade for the price. All my neighbors flooring is well pieced. Mine is all over the place and dated

I love the community have friendly neighbors and I really enjoy the people out here they are kind they all speak to each other and I also love the kids they are all nice and they are very respectful and kind.

Jordyn was so helpful, from beginning to end. Explains everything that you need, what to do, and answers all questions. Maintenance is quick for such a big community. Pool has always been clean.

This place is good it's just the Roaches has gotten out of hand in the last few days, I don't know if it's because the next door neighbor moved out but it seems like all of these Roaches came to my side.

Great and prices you can’t beat. The maintenance are always timely and kind. I am in a 3 bed 2 bath and I can’t tell you how hard it is to find for less than 1800. Very spacious!

I love my community and our townhome. The maintenance staff and office staff are very pleasant and helpful. We transferred apartments and it was smooth transition.

My father and I went over 45 days without a working AC in the middle of summer. Maintenance came multiple times but never fixed it, and after we gave our lease termination notice, they claimed a professional was scheduled—yet no one ever showed up during our final 2 weeks. We were left in 85+ degree heat inside, which is completely unacceptable and likely illegal. We had to buy a $200+ window unit just to survive, which spiked our electric bill and still didn’t keep it cool. Our pets got sick, and when we asked for help or reimbursement, the leasing manager refused and showed zero remorse. The only thing she said was that it was “concerning” we had a “new” AC unit—ignoring that it NEVER worked. If the staff had to live like this, it would’ve been fixed immediately. But because we were just tenants, they didn’t care. This place is unprofessional, neglectful, and completely lacking in basic human decency. Do not rent here. Ever

As I've stated before the office staff is superior! The unit kitchen and bathrooms need upgrades and the residents not cleaning up after their pets is a problem

Moving here has been great. Smooth process, helpful staff and maintenance is quick and efficient. We were even able to move in a few days early which was nice.

I enjoy living her because it is convenient to or go to work, shopping centers, doctor's offices, Walmart, restaurants, school and family.

Very friendly staff, they were very informative throughout the process. Property was clean, and the overall process it took to apply, and get paperwork done was very user friendly.

Been here for 8 years and I’ve never had any complaints! I’ve enjoyed the residential events the most. I’ve seen the many improvements on property and looking forward to the future.

I’ve been living here since 2018. I love my place! The managers and staff are very helpful and attentive. Whenever I call they are friendly and helpful. Always smiling and will even pull my trash can on trash day if I forget.

My current experience here at Greenhouse Villas was not the best but management was able to make things right as soon as they were notified. I appreciate the immediate response that management gives to their tenants.

The staff has always been helpful when I’ve needed help. It’s my second year living here, and I don’t really have any complaints. Rent is affordable and maintenance is quick. I’m pretty happy to say that living here has made post-grad life stress-free.

I have been living here for awhile now and the office staff is courteous and very helpful with issues that arise. It is also a great place to raise a family and school safe nearby.

It's ok living here, the staff and managers are ok, and the workers are good. I wished they would have more thangs like a workout gym for everyone and no kids aloud in it.

jordan was super nice, felt welcomed when i first went to tour the homes, and always answered the phone politely every time i called to check in my application.

The community as a whole does not take care of how the outdoor grounds look. Broke down cars, how garbage cans are kept. No one is picking up after their dogs etc.

Management and staff are always super nice and hard at work. They're always doing awesome, fun things for us and the children of our community which is greatly appreciated. The maintenance team is very knowledgeable and they get things done quick and efficient. I LOVE IT HERE!!!!

I’m enjoying my apartment. The space is nice and spacious and beautiful. My upstairs neighbors are a little loud but other than that I am very happy

Neighborhood feels safe and family friendly. I don't have kids, but its nice to see that neighbor kids feel safe enough to play and run around the complex. All neighbors so far are sweet and friendly, so are the office and maintenance staff. Definitely a safe, cozy, homey feel with the best price in the area.

I love greenhousevilla, I have had no problems since I moved in anything goes wrong they fix it and give us updates my neighbors are quiet and very peaceful and this have helped me a lot with my daughter schooling and not having transportation great area to live
