Property Ratings at Greenhouse Apartments
I've leaved here for 15 years now, I enjoy the quiet of my building, and neighbors have been usually very considerate. Answering the phone at the office needs work, most of the time goes to the answering machine, and not returned in proper timing.
The price here is somewhat cheaper than other prices. Neighbors keep to themselves. There are a good bit of kids if you have them. Staff is cool and they offer events every now and then. Maintenance can take a while to fix problems but I think that's because they are so backed up. The condition of the apartments are okay, but for me they are not ideal for long term living.

Greenhouse is a great place to live. Very quite complex, neighbors mind their business and the office staff is fabulous! Anytime I have a maintenance issue, they will address the issue within 2-3 business days. Dontae in the front office is AMAZING! Very friendly, knows his tenants by name and is always very pleasant. The office does a lot of community outreach and always have a snack for the children when they get off of the school bus. I love living in Greenhouse Apartments!

This was once a place to call home . But not anymore .one home if you need something fix they are there now it is like pulling teeth to get anything done I still have work orders from December 2024 still have not done . But the rent still going up up and nothing get done I would not recommend this apartment to even my worst enemy

Living at GREENHOUSE APARTMENTS, for 18 years, is like living with family. The management team and maintenance staff take pride in their work and they care about their residents. Any problems that may arise, they are quick to resolve them. I have enjoyed living at GREENHOUSE APARTMENTS. I feel safe living here, especially with COBB County Police patrolling the complex on a regular basis. I have made many friends and acquaintances while living here. Don't trust that you will get the specific apartment they show you on the tour. I was shown a unit that had been remodeled in 2023, but the model I got has to be 20 years old and falling apart. It's cheap, but not the value I thought it was

This is a horrible place to live. It is old and broken down. There are police here often. Neighbors are loud. The front office is rude and unprofessional. The maintenance team is ineffective, unresponsive, and unqualified. Your money is better spent anywhere else. I am happily moving!

Moved in last week, so far so good! No issues with neighbors, office managers are helpful, and apartment was clean. My only complain would be a few outlets not working and a few other small issues with the property.

Do not waste your time or money with this complex. The leasing team does absolutely nothing to fix anything when there's a problem within the unit. They are always doing things outside the buildings like pressure washing and things like that but when it comes to maintenance request you will go ignored for months. I've lived here since December and have problems that were supposedly going to be fixed when we moved in and are still not I've reported these problems multiple times but go ignored. There are missing light switches, loose sockets, and even mold growing inside our apartment. They don't answer your phone calls or emails but are quick to contact you when it's rent time seems like that's the only time they care about their residents.

In most part I like this community. The new trash pick up doesn't work properly, and because the heat and bugs, it creates a problem outside our apartments. The management service is getting better, the phone service for the office needs help.

I would not recommend this apartment complex unless you’re desperate. When I moved in, there were dead cockroaches at the bottom of the dishwasher. I asked them repeatedly to replace the dishwasher or deep clean it for over six months and they never did either one. Our bathroom door does not latch properly and so cannot ever fully close, and our second bedroom door was not installed straight so we have to lift slightly to get it to close fully. This same door was also clearly broken at some point and is falling apart again. They spray painted over our peep hole so it’s completely useless, and our front door knob fell off a few months into our lease. They did come and replace it… with an interior doorknob that had no keyhole. So we had to go back and demand they come and fix it again. Their maintenance is absolutely incompetent or the complex won’t give them the proper budget for repairs. Either way, you won’t get good or quick help if your apartment happens to need maintenance.

Great spot to live and close to many restaurants and stores. Also my job is only 9 minutes away. My girls will be going to a middle school also close to the apartments.

Greenhouse Apartments is fantastic overall especially if You're looking for a quiet and safe place to live. I've never felt on edge here with my family which is very important in today's day. Staff is friendly and more than helpful to ensure your living experience here is a great one! The grounds are maintained regularly and updates/renovations are made on a regular basis. The staff also does a lot for the community with events and engagement so if you like that then it's a great place to be!

I feel comfortable living here and the space is good, but overall the issues we have in this apartment are a lot before we even moved in. They are upping our rent by $400-$500 when our lease renews and it’s not worth it. We don’t have a washer and dryer, yet we split the water bill with our whole building and sometimes it’s excessive. Overall though, I do like living here for the time being.

Poor living conditions, condoned by a greedy company, using what was once an affordable living space for average people who are trying to get by. Now its a money trap to suck out any hope of those trying to get out of renting... Thanks for everything Greenhouse. You were the greatest waste of money I ever spent.

Moving into Greenhouse was smooth and easy and the staff was incredibly helpful. However, the longer we have lived here the more glaring issues have been noticed. More things keep breaking beyond my own repair and maintenance requests are left in limbo. While I understand that units with broken A/C are important, it's just as important to care for residents who have issues that could probably be resolved quickly so they can move on to the other requests. It's been 2 months since our dishwasher broke and water seeping up from our toilet since moving in. Now, after the lightbulb in my main bedroom broke (literally the glass broke off when we tried to change the bulb and we can't remove the metal) we have 0 light in one of our rooms because bulbs were never checked before we moved in. Overall, our experience at Greenhouse has been on a rapid decline. Why am I paying for appliances I can't use or moreover is causing me to pay more (possibly paying more in water due to the toilet leaking water). I can say that at this moment I would not recommend Greenhouse Apartments to anyone.
