I am very thankful for the management team in this complex. They have been very helpful to me. I have been lucky to have nice neighbors and we all try to be considerate of each other.
Office staff is amazing. It is very peaceful here, and the neighbors are very respectful to one another so far. The grounds are nicely kept up from what I can tell so far. Devin and everyone in the office helped me everytime something came up during the application phase.
This apartment complex on Busbee Parkway Kennesaw is a very nice place to live in. The front office staff are very friendly, nice and highly knowledgeable. I was looking for a place that I could call home after selling my house and this Greenhouse apartment did not disappoint. It's tranquil and safe environment are absolute pluses. I have lived here for close to a year and so far I haven't encountered any problem. I work from home couple of days in a week and haven't had any issues with noise or loud neighbors—no issue with break-ins etcetera. Anytime I have a maintenance issue, all I need to do is to open a maintenance ticket, take picture/s and usually takes about 1 to 3 days to get fixed with appropriate feedback. The apartment complex has a well equipped gym and always pleasant to work out after work any day and on weekends. The well sized pool is awesome. Loving it so far and will recommend to anyone in the apartment search phase.

I'm really dissatisfied with this apartment complex. It seems that they care more about the visual esthetics of the complex. I.e. the leasing office. That's been re. Remodeled, but our apartments still have old dishwashers and old, very small stoves. The refrigerators are also very small. The maintenance team takes too long to respond to maintenance requests. And as stated before, I have a continuous mold problem that no one seems to care about

There were a few issues that have come up naturally, but staff was communicative, kind, and understanding. I had a great tour, was provided a unit change immediately when not satisfied with the original apartment state on move in, and recently had a leak issue with my sink that was fixed right after I called it in. I am very pleased with my treatment so far.

I really enjoy living here, community wise, no issues! Maintenance staff are great, Jerry and Mr Rich are very communicative and polite. Office staff are always trying their best too. I recently moved in and the process went smoothly with touring and settling in. Maintenance and Pest Control come to the apartment after work orders have been placed. It takes maintenance sometime but they get the job completed.

I've leaved here for 15 years now, I enjoy the quiet of my building, and neighbors have been usually very considerate. Answering the phone at the office needs work, most of the time goes to the answering machine, and not returned in proper timing.

The price here is somewhat cheaper than other prices. Neighbors keep to themselves. There are a good bit of kids if you have them. Staff is cool and they offer events every now and then. Maintenance can take a while to fix problems but I think that's because they are so backed up. The condition of the apartments are okay, but for me they are not ideal for long term living.

Greenhouse is a great place to live. Very quite complex, neighbors mind their business and the office staff is fabulous! Anytime I have a maintenance issue, they will address the issue within 2-3 business days. Dontae in the front office is AMAZING! Very friendly, knows his tenants by name and is always very pleasant. The office does a lot of community outreach and always have a snack for the children when they get off of the school bus. I love living in Greenhouse Apartments!

This was once a place to call home . But not anymore .one home if you need something fix they are there now it is like pulling teeth to get anything done I still have work orders from December 2024 still have not done . But the rent still going up up and nothing get done I would not recommend this apartment to even my worst enemy

Living at GREENHOUSE APARTMENTS, for 18 years, is like living with family. The management team and maintenance staff take pride in their work and they care about their residents. Any problems that may arise, they are quick to resolve them. I have enjoyed living at GREENHOUSE APARTMENTS. I feel safe living here, especially with COBB County Police patrolling the complex on a regular basis. I have made many friends and acquaintances while living here. Don't trust that you will get the specific apartment they show you on the tour. I was shown a unit that had been remodeled in 2023, but the model I got has to be 20 years old and falling apart. It's cheap, but not the value I thought it was

I have lived here for 18 years. I feel safe living at GREENHOUSE apartments and in Cobb County. Cobb County police patrol the complex on a regular basis. The staff at GREENHOUSE are friendly and courteous. I have enjoyed my stay at GREENHOUSE apartments.

This is a horrible place to live. It is old and broken down. There are police here often. Neighbors are loud. The front office is rude and unprofessional. The maintenance team is ineffective, unresponsive, and unqualified. Your money is better spent anywhere else. I am happily moving!

Moved in last week, so far so good! No issues with neighbors, office managers are helpful, and apartment was clean. My only complain would be a few outlets not working and a few other small issues with the property.

Do not waste your time or money with this complex. The leasing team does absolutely nothing to fix anything when there's a problem within the unit. They are always doing things outside the buildings like pressure washing and things like that but when it comes to maintenance request you will go ignored for months. I've lived here since December and have problems that were supposedly going to be fixed when we moved in and are still not I've reported these problems multiple times but go ignored. There are missing light switches, loose sockets, and even mold growing inside our apartment. They don't answer your phone calls or emails but are quick to contact you when it's rent time seems like that's the only time they care about their residents.

In most part I like this community. The new trash pick up doesn't work properly, and because the heat and bugs, it creates a problem outside our apartments. The management service is getting better, the phone service for the office needs help.
