very great apartment to live in I would recommend any time
Sharing this review because I know how helpful reviews were to me when I was moving. I enjoyed living at Greenhaven oaks for 1 year. I had no problems with any neighbors, management or with my place. The only negatives are there is no washer/dryer in the unit and the units are older but if i ever had a service request (they were minor) it was always filled immediately. Management was always kind and helpful. Plus Greenhaven is a nice quiet area. I am only moving out because I am relocating but I would recommend this place to anyone!

Rent goes up $100 each year, mold issues in the bathroom, the trees black satellite so your calls and intermet and t.v dont work at times and drop. Channels come in and out cant even watch your program. The glass windows shake when Residents drive with very loud music at 1-3 a.m.. ducks swim in the pool and leave duck hair in the pool. But is very good for walking to the plaza, bus stops close by, very friendly people, tennis court, work out room is tiny. Residents are very respectful and kind.

I would like to say: Customer Service is Awesome! The management Team really care about the people they serve. They respond promptly to all tenant concerns and issues. They greet every customer with a smile every time! and treat all tenants with respect to ensure there living experience at Greenhaven Oaks is awesome! But unfortunately, they have been very rude and not accomodating to me.
