I’ve lived here at Greenhaven for almost 2 years and it has been such a wonderful experience. With the office staff being so friendly and having special events for the community for holidays & get togethers. They do a wonderful job with bringing community together and keeping the area well maintained. 10/10 best apartment I’ve lived in!
My family and I have enjoyed living here so far. The saltwater pool is great in the summertime. Beautiful walking paths around the property for walking the dogs. The fitness center and clubhouse are very nice and amazing to have as an extra space to exercise, work out, or play some shuffleboard or pool. I love that they have monthly community social meet-ups like a movie night, pizza party, etc hosted by resident social captains. The maintenance team has been awesome and always responsive and friendly. The interior of the apartments are nice too. Nice big kitchen space, big closets, and so forth. I would say that for the "luxury apartment" market space, this probably is at the low-end of that space compared to competitors. Changes I would make would be cleaner hallway spaces in the outdoor common areas and I wish the bathtub/shower wasn't the old-school one-big-plastic fixture, and instead had tiles and a ceramic tub.

I have lived here for over two years and have loved it. My apartment is nice, requests are always taken care of, and it’s in a safe area. I’ll be sad to leave, but recommend Greenhaven!

The communication for the leasing process wasn’t great. The first day I moved in the AC unit didn’t work. If the person handling a lease goes on vacation, then somebody should be covered for that person..

We are almost going to complete 1 year here and we really love it. Specially, the evening walk in the neighborhood which feels like so close to the nature. The apartment quality is also good.
I moved to Greenhaven October 2024, and I have had nothing but great experiences living here. The community is so welcoming, the office staff are so kind, so pet friendly and clean. I love the activities the team has to offer for the tenants. My favorite was this past summer movie night at the pool. I renewed my lease this past November and I look forward to this next year being here.

Very spacious place and modern look inside the apartment. Community center is very beautiful as well. A day care center is just a few feet away which is really convenient.

recently moved into Green Haven Apartments in Franklin, TN, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I toured the complex, I was impressed by the beautiful landscaping and well-maintained facilities. The apartments themselves are spacious, modern, and equipped with high-quality appliances, making daily living both comfortable and convenient. The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly. They made the move-in process seamless and have been attentive to any requests or maintenance issues I've had, which have been few and far between. The community amenities, including the fitness center and pool, are fantastic and always clean, providing great options for relaxation and exercise. The location is another major plus. Situated in a quiet, serene part of Franklin, it's close enough to shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment options, yet still offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. Overall, Green Haven Apartments is approved .

Beautiful landscaping. Beautiful apartment. Great staff. Only problem is that there was no outside garbage can and the bathroom and dishwater were missing pieces. It’s been almost 2 weeks and we are still waiting . But other than that everything is great. Love the salt water pool.

Very clean community with lots of amenities that are well maintained. I love being in a great area just merely minutes from Downtown Franklin. Great place to live.

The grounds are in need of TLC. Lights out around the complex, stairs and walkways have leaves, salt and build up and in need of power washing. Ceilings in walkways show visible rain damage. All of have been reported.
It's a nice suburban setting, but close to the Interstate to get downtown Nashville, etc.
Nice apts and gym but mgmt and maintenance was terrible until recently.
Quiet safe community. BUT stairwells are absolutely filthy and an embarrassment when I have guests. I think about how filthy the stairs are every day when I walk up and down. Can't something be done?

Exceptional location, staff, finishes and amenities. My 1,200 sq. ft. corner unit has ~18 ft. ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows... extremely rare find in Franklin/Nashville for the price. Private garages are also spacious.

The apartment is very nice in appearance and functionality. I love the courtyard areas and amenities such as the pool. The office staff has always been helpful. The location is great for my husband and I's jobs.

Would warn them about the smoking smell, cig butts everywhere and poop all over. But the area is beautiful dog friendly, we loved our apartment, just not the crafty ness of it.
We definitely would recommend Greenhaven. The apartments and amenities are super nice as well as the people. While we would hope for the price to be a little less, it is comparable to the area and includes a great deal such as washer/dryer, workout area, patio and pool, all appliances, etc.

Typical crappy "throw-and-go" apartment. Terrible construction, managed by a huge company that doesn't care. The buildings will be falling down within the decade. The appliances are dirt cheap. They're quite good at impressing you the first time you talk to them, and there's nothing of substance backing any of it up. I wouldn't move here unless I had to.

I would recommend because the complex is new and the apartments have good appliances. I would not recommend because of the location. The street noise is very loud. Also, with Greenhaven being on the south side of Franklin, traffic is a problem if you commute further north.
I thought everyone that I worked with at Greenhaven was great.

Each time I called to make inquiries before actually moving in and left a message - no one ever returned my call. My documentation was also not ready when I moved in
