The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Greenfield Gardens
I am currently looking for an apartment around the Edison/ Woodbridge area Greenfield Gardens seemed like the perfect location but once the reviews said they had infestation of roaches, I became scared. I am terrified of roaches very hard to get rid of them the maintenance workers, or the owners are not at fault the tenants bring them in.
Good Things- Near by to train station, bus and mall. Bad Things- Worst or no planning for parking. NO PARKING LANES OR STRIPS. Called several times but was ignored as usual. No landscaping, nobody wants to remove bushes from the parking area or entrance area. Complained several times but the same answer "WE WILL SEND SOMEONE". Ladies at management office are useless and not sure what they are hired for. They keep noting the apartment number and the issues but never took action. Management is getting worse day by day. I hope after this blog someone might take some action.
I lived here for a few years and it is horrible. There is no parking especially during the snow. The kitchen ceiling near the window pane has water damage, along the side of the counter has crack and holes and needs caulking. The main continous issue is roaches roaches roaches and they don't do a good enough job of getting rid of them.

Apartments are excellent but it is difficult to get even a single parking space around your home especially after 10pm, have to go one block away from your own apartment and park car near the garbage/trash area. No parking line marking either.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We strive to provide excellent service to our residents at Greenfield Gardens.
Its cleaner than all of the other places I viewed, and we have polite and quiet neighbors. No smell of curry which is rare and favorable! Its comparable to the other places in town as far as price, but you cannot beat the size. Edison new jersey is extremely expensive however I am a .3 mile commute to my office and I like it that way.
