Just moved in this month and loving it! Melissa was just absolutely amazing with everything, from start to end. She was there for us and helped us with any questions we had from the moment we first had the tour to us finally moving in and she is still there whenever we need anything. You don’t see that type of attentiveness and service anywhere nowadays. I love the community, very safe, always see people walking their dogs, jogging or walking with their children. The pool looks great and big even though I haven’t had a chance to check it out. Thank you, Melissa!

I would like to share my recent experience with a leasing agent on your property. On 11/23/20 I went to view your townhomes, I was greeted by Melissa whom proceeded to show me a model home..I can surely say this was the worst experience that I have ever had with an leasing agent. Not only was her attitude unpleasant but she made me feel unwanted. Almost as if I was an inconvenience to her. Melissa acted as if she couldn't be bothered to properly give me welcoming experience. When I entered the townhomes I was made aware that the Kitchen was being used to cook a turkey. I understand that employees like to have pot luck style dinner. However, you cook the food at home...not inside the model home...when I entered one of the employees was laying back in the front room chair...making my experience extremely uncomfortable...Melissa had her arms folded the whole time, barely communicating with me. The property was beautiful and I really looking forward to learning more about the community and determining if this is the proper place for my family and I. Unfortunately, I will have to pass on this rental property because of the impression left on me by your leasing agent. I believe this can be a learning experience for all parties involved including myself.

This place is a hidden gem and I loved living here. It’s quiet, safe, has a 24hr gym that’s amazing and never has an issue with machines being unavailable. The pool is beautiful and the doggie park makes long days a great way to relax with your pooch. Neighbors are nice and friendly, lots of youn families but singles too. Wine socials are great! Office staff is attentive and responsive, you can always reach someone in there. The maintenance guys are responsible and do a great job at keeping the community looking great. Close to Publix, shopping and turnpike.

My family and I spent 2 years in the complex, and enjoyed a quiet suburban lifestyle. Two things need improvements - pest control and moving out procedures. The pest company does a very poor job in cleaning the units, and basically we lived with a permanent company of bugs and aunts!! They show up every Wednesday, and that is about all they do! Now that we are about to move out the fun begins - there is a mandatory carpet cleaning fee of $75, and an optional other cleaning staring from $150, higher end - unknown. Even though we keep the unit in a pristine condition, we were told there is no way around the $75 carpet cleaning fee, and in order to avoid the other cleaning fee, the management requires basically re-painting to get to the standards they have put in place. Nowhere in the Apartment Lease it says anything about a mandatory fee. The precise language is: "At the end of the lease, the TENANT shall turn over the apartment and its furnishings to the LANDLORD in the same condition as received, ordinary wear and tear excluded." How stepping on the carpet for two years and not consider it "normal wear and tear" is beyond my comprehension!!! What the rental payments were made for, if they appear to not cover the normal wear and tear of living there for two years?! It looks like the previous tenant needs to make the unit ready for the next tenant.... Beware of moving out rules, and ask in advance for them. You will be amazed with the requirements.

I have been living here for over 2 years on my 3rd year list. My apartment is beautiful. We have impact windows and metal roofs . The sound proofing is awesome. It's quiet. The manangement is great. Attentive to anything I might need. . They handle any repairs immediately.. ???????????? I highly recommend this community's. Sorry there is a waitlist Carol Simonetti

Beautiful complex with beautiful townhouse very comfort and nice kitchen,gym and olimpic pool.
