Great place to live

I’ve been here going on two years and I must say I’ve had such a pleasant experience! The staff is so accommodating and are willing to help in the best way possible! José and Michelle made sure I had what I needed at the time of me moving in and still check in to be sure if everything is still okay! The maintenance staff Mr. James and Marquis are quick to responding to work orders or issues you may have within your unit! I just renewed my lease for another year and happy with my decision !

Green Park Apartments Gets My Vote

I love living on this property. It is well managed, well maintained and I have no complaints. I've lived here for four years and Jose, the associate who showed me around and helped me select my apartment was, and continues to be, extremely helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Another reason that I gave 5 stars is that I appreciate the fact that the property management nor office staff has changed, except for one person. This encourages a relationship between residents and staff to foster, leading to a much better "living" experience.

Great place to stay

I’ve stayed here for 3 years and I do not have any major complaints. The front office staff is really nice and does their best to accommodate the residents. Tia has been so kind and helpful not only with everyday questions, but also with putting a huge effort in making sure events in the neighborhood are put together nicely. The neighbors are great and it’s safe. I would definitely recommend this place.

I love this place!

I just resigned my 4th lease! This property is beautiful, and we'll kept. Maintenance comes to fix things immediately, and the staff goes over and beyond when I call or stop by. Many people complain about parking, but you have to have a car sticker or park in the visitors section. I've seen cars towed for not following the rules. The amenities are 24 hours except during covid which makes since. I don't want to use them right now anyway. The staff is good about informing us on upcoming changes and events. Every year they had a Christmas party for us. This year they had an outdoor holiday dinner to practice social distancing. I must admit, it was not as awesome as the previous years, but they tried to do something for us regardless of the virus. Great job to the staff. I have amazing neighbors too. I don't hear my neighbors like I read in other comments. Maybe they are more sensitive to noise? IDK.. This is an apartment so a little noise is to be expected.

WORSE PLACE EVER

Green Park Apts are easily one of the worse apt communities I have resided in. It is difficult to determine what is worse the incredibly thin walls/floor or the lack of concern from the apt staff. There is consistent noise from 285 as it is directly behind the apt complex (to be expected) however, adding in the stomping, banging, throwing of items and loud music from the upstairs and downstairs neighbors living at green park has been a complete nightmare. Expect to be waken up out of your sleep on most week nights at 1am or later to loud noises from your neighbors that continues throughout the morning. Good luck finding parking anywhere near your apt building. There are cars that literally never move. There are not always notices that alert you when a staff member or maintenance will enter your apt. The staff is probably the least organized that I have witnessed when it comes to determining your rental rate, fees, etc. most things are done last minute. I can not wait to get as far away from this place as possible. The only real benefit here is the location. Which honestly is not worth it.

Only Been Here A Short While

Every time I phone the leasing office to ask a question or get some information, I get the same staff member. The problem with this is that this person gives me the wrong answer every time. Nothing that they have told me has been correct. I am constantly killing insects, don’t know when to set my trash out, and they fix things that I didn’t ask them to. There was an annual safety check and the next night at about 10:30 pm my smoke alarm kept going off. Maintenance couldn’t get here, so they had to talk me through dismantling it. As of now, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Love my apartment!

I moved in about a year ago... I just received my renewal notice. I love living here! I moved in because I was relocated for my job and was going to look for a house to buy. I will renew because home prices have gone through the roof and it is hard to find something as nice as my apartment for a similar mortgage payment. The manager and the leasing people are very helpful. They always helped me with anything I needed from printing documents to telling me where to go and eat. I picked a top floor apartment and I have a view of the really pretty pool and there is a fire pit that has been nice on cooler evenings while cooking dinner on the grill. I have had no maintenance issues at all. The only thing I needed help with was putting a ceiling fan in my bedroom and they did it for no charge. Also, there are all kinds of resident get together's too. It has been nice to know my neighbors. My only complaint is that sometimes it is hard to find an upfront parking place by the building I live in, but they have issued parking passes so I hope that will go away.

Great location and nicely kept grounds.

This is very beautiful inside and out! The reason for the 2-star review, however, is the fact that aside from looks it is obvious that this place is cheaply built and the walls are thin and you can hear everything - so much so that I can hear my neighbor's phone ring! The people in the complex are nice though! Neighbors often introduce themselves and are very friendly.

Excellent Location & Wonderful Staff!

We moved about 6 months ago, and could not be happier! Friendly leasing staff and great location. The place has all the amenities that we need while not being right in the city of Atlanta. It is an easy commute into the city. I travel a lot and the commute to the airport only takes about 20 minutes. Parking has not been an issue for us. We love our brand new apartment with all the bells and whistles and cannot wait to enjoy the salt-water swimming pool this summer!

The property is beautiful and that is all!

The property is beautiful and that is all! Only upgrades are in the kitchen. Fake hardwood floors and there is no parking available as people are allowed to have as many vehicles as they want and there is no assigned parking, so the spaces in front of my apartment are always occupied. I reported the problem to the property manager and was told they will not make any changes. One unit has three cars for two people and they never leave. In my building there are six apartments facing one side with six parking spots. Common sense would be one spot at least per unit, but nope....park in the back or across the parking lot. The rules keep changing as well for the amenity usage at the property and the wifi never works! I can't wait until my lease is up so I can move!
