This is the very best apartment I have had, not only the physical aspects of the apartment, but the grounds are always top notch, the management staff are friendly, helpful and down right awesome. Lived here for 8 months while waiting for our new build to be finished. My family and I felt safe, and we met many wonderful neighbors along the way. The staff is courteous, professional, and they offer many fun activities for residents throughout the year. Definitely a great renting option for families with kids, single people, empty nesters, elderly, military, and civilian alike. Also, you cannot beat the location and amenities.

We have relocated here temporarily while our home is being rehabbed. Hands down one of the nicest communities I've lived in. Very friendly staff and very accommodating they were able to get us in here a month sooner than what our insurance projected. Very easy to submit work orders, anything from light bulbs to air conditioning problems. They are on it fast. You will not be disappointed!

Everything is so beyond excellent! The place is perfectly located near all my favorite salons & stores! I love how safe I feel! The pool, workout area, walking trails picnic areas are a dream! The maintenance workers are beyond amazing; super efficient and timely!!! The staff and community make me feel accepted and quite comfortable! I would highly recommend these apartments!!!

Love this place been here for 2 years. Staff is friendly and easy to talk too. George and Bill are two of the nicest guys I had a maintenance problem and they were on it. I have lived in other apartments before and they were never this fast. They are like maintenance magicians. Tracy is awesome and goes out of her why to help residents. Patti is also awesome she a great leasing agent. Andree is a wonderful property manager she is up front with you and goes above and beyond to make sure your experience here is enjoyable.

We moved here earlier this year and had a newborn and we are so lucky to live in such a quiet and nice place! The real starts of the show are the two maintenance guys who go above and beyond here. Anytime I need help they are in the apartment within minutes! They are also made sure not to spray for bugs around our apartment when I was pregnant or when the baby came! I would recommend this place to anyone :)

Wow.what can I say ?I am so happy to call Green Mount Lakes home after five years I am still happy. The grounds are beautiful,the maintenance team is quick to respond and the office ladies are so kind, they even have dog treats in the office They are always handing out candy or planning a party. Even during COVID they had a outdoor pumpkin patch and a pasta night pick up. If you are looking to move look no more call Green Mount HOME. Would not change a thing

I came to visit family at Greenmount Lakes and I'm so impressed by the property and staff that I'm considering relocating from Texas. It's the attention to detail that really stands out and how the staff interacts with their residents. It's not uncommon to see staff helping elderly residents with their groceries, picking up random pieces of litter, hosting community events, or ordering pool toys to ensure everyone enjoys the water during the hot times of the year. This world is tough, and it's great to see a staff that genuinely cares about the residents they serve and loves what they do.

The customer service at this community is great! I had a heavy package delivered that required more than one person to lift, & Bill did not hesitate to carry it to my front door. The office responds to maintenance requests as soon as possible, also. Give this community a try, you won't be disappointed!

Loved living here. The community is great, the staff is always available and helpful and if you’re into fitness you won’t find a better gym at any other apartment complex (free weights, exercise balls, mats, etc). The area near the complex is expanding, 2 minute drive to everything you need (shopping, restaurants, parks and entertainment). Would return and recommend over and over again!

Had a great experience here! Awesome place with awesome staff! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home. They really strive to make the entire experience as smooth and personalized as possible.
This has been my 1st home since my big move here in the US. While I was adjusting with everything, Admin staff (the pretty girls) have been so supportive and patient in assisting me with all my queries. I got a 1 bedroom and 1 bath and the price is reasonable for being so spacious and beautiful. The whole area is well-maintained too. I have not experienced any rat infestations or whatsoever. Love our maintenance staff too! super quick with all the requests (I swear) and friendly. We also have fun events/parties every once in a a while. Green mount lakes will make you feel right at home with all the warmth from the staff and the scenic lake and walking trail. I'm always excited to come home from work.

We love living at Green Mount Apartment. This apartment complex is clean and beautiful We live in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath this is very large. We love the pool area and the workout room. The walkway around the pond is very restful after a long day at work. Lots of area to walk your dogs. The staff at Green Mount are there for you. Kind and efficient staff are there always to help with any questions. We have a large parking garage for all our stuff. We have monthly parties at our new club house. It has been newly remodeled. Everyone here are so friendly, just like a Community. I'm so glad we found Green Mount Apartments.
I chose Greenmount Lakes apartments because it’s a beautiful place with a very caring and considerate staff. I am an older resident who occasionally requires some extra help and the girls in the office always go above and beyond to help me in any way that they can. I live on the ground level with the lake right outside my door. Love watching the beautiful fountains and have made some pretty good friends with some of the duck residents as well as the good neighbors I have met here. Zero regrets, love living here. The staff here make it an easy choice for me to call home.
I have been a resident here for five years this August. I considered other complexes, but the apartment layout, management staff and maintenance staff made Greenmount Lakes Apartments an easy choice. The staff have gone over and above to help me and make me feel like family. My maintenance requests are taken care of right away.. The amenities: pool, club house, media room, and workout facility to name a few are fabulous, and the apartments are centrally located near shopping, great restaurants, and I64. All this makes my life a lot easier. The grounds and facilities are immaculately maintained. I enjoy walking my dog around the manmade lake. The path is well lit, and the two fountains make the walk especially enjoyable, I made a great choice five years ago, and I have never regretted it for a moment,
We rented a 3-BR short term while waiting for our home to be built. When our AC went out on Friday night, they told us they'd fix it on Monday. It was 80 degrees in our apt at that time and climbing fast (3rd floor, hot summer). They left us with a window unit that couldn't begin to keep up and stopped returning our calls.

We understand the frustration when maintenance issues occur, especially on weekends, and we try to fix them as quickly as possible. I thought we had resolved this issue to your satisfaction, and I apologize for any inconvenience for you and your family.
Quiet area that's just around the corner from all the stores and eatery. Grounds are nice and the staff is helpful. Gym, pool, dog parks and playgrounds for the kids. Parking can be a bit of a pain sometimes.
