Dryer Our dryer stopped working and maintenance was very prompt with trying to fix it. We realized it still wasn’t drying, put in another request and they said we needed a new dryer. Once the order was put in our dryer arrived and was replaced within a couple of days! Works great now!

Gym We need better wipes/ cleaning system for gym equipment. The wipe containers are empty a lot and when they are full, they are dry and do not clean equipment well

Very nice! Adam was great, friendly and informative. We liked the Townhomes and really liked the flats. Flats had lots of space, or looked like it and updated interior design was very clean.

Quiet, comfortable, convenient. Cascade Shores offers a quiet neighborhood, comfortable living spaces with modern appliances, and convenient location to bike/walking trails, downtown Rochester, and easy access to HWY 52, parks, golf, tennis and Apache Mall. Love living here! The staff is very quick to fix any issues and the homes are very nice. My only complaint is that they took down all of the doggy disposal cans. There’s no trash cans anywhere to clean up after pets.

I’ve lived here for 1.5 years and overall it’s been a really, really nice place to live. Our experience meeting with management for tours and leasing info was very friendly and helpful. Our unit was newly renovated and looks beautiful, and we’ve had little to no issues with the unit itself. Maintenance is friendly and they came promptly to fix the small defects we found upon move-in, and they’ve come promptly for any requests since then. Regarding the “noise” at night, yes we can sometimes hear people talking outside or kids playing, but it’s not enough to be an actual problem. The walls must be kind of thin. The only issue for me is the price, especially after a pretty large increase when we renewed for a second year. It’s so pricey now I likely cannot renew for a third year. Overall, I feel safe here, staff is good, and amenities are nice. And I love the pool in the summer!
The maintenance team is courteous and effective. I have lived at Cascade for approx 2.5 years. I am happy in my apartment, its quiet, its close to the walk way around Cascade Lake, its my home. Recently I received a notice my lease will not be renewed. The game plan for Cascade is to kick me out of my home, renovate and increase the rent on this apartment by over 500.00/month. I never asked for the renovations and its sad they have the right to kick a tenant out of their home. The notice states "they will discuss a transfer onsite" but why should one be kicked out of their home. Beware

These apartments are the worst, particularly the management. The maintenance requests are not attended on time, even if they are health concerns, packages were frequently lost, the staff is very rude and to top it all they charge very unreasonable excessive charges on moving out even after deep cleaning. This is first such renting experience. The company should make changes in their policies and priorities.

Although there are after hour rules, even with my window closed I constantly hear adults who walk at night who talk as well as children talking or riding bike. It is very hard to get a good nights sleep with all of that going on that late in the night. It has happened as late as 3am and I have woken up from it multiple times. Just for that factor alone, we are going to find a new place because its so persistent..otherwise we have really enjoyed living here and hate to go because of that. We have had no problems with the staff in the office and they have been very friendly with any questions we have had being we are college students and did not know much about renting.

I read the reviews that were posted about GrandeVille and I am so glad I decided to make this my new home! The updates they have done are absolutely beautiful and I have had no issues with the property being loud! The new staff is super friendly and are always putting on different events for all of us to enjoy! Since they have a free tanning booth and gym, I no longer have to pay for that either! I love it here and highly recommend you to check it out!!

Lived here for 3 months, property is loud. Residents are out all hours of the night, there is on site security, but still it is like living in a party and your not invited. Constant staff changes and broken promises. If you want a great new place to call home, you should pass on this community. I bought out of my lease, this cost me 2 full months of rent, and a fee of 1 months rent. Pretty sad I needed to buy out of my lease, especially when the property and apartments are in such deplorable condition. No quality here, No luxury here. Only broken promises and many sleepless nights filled with excessive noise.

Grandeville was the perfect lifestyle choice for our young family with my husband working at St. Mary's. The apartment complex is conveniently located so he can either walk a mile to work or catch the shuttle from the adjacent Mayo shuttle lot. The rent is pricey for Rochester but worth it for being able to get by with just one car and have an attached garage! Plus Grandeville allows dogs and has smarter floor plans than other places we looked into. The buildings are new with only 4 or 8 units per building, and we haven't had problems with noise. In addition to a playground and pool, there's plenty of green space in the complex, which backs up to a lake with biking/walking trails.
