Property Ratings at Grandes Cortes
For the price, with all utilities included and a refrigerator- I was pretty happy with my stay. The office managers were nice, respond quickly, including maintenance. Walls can feel thin, but they’re really not bad. Stayed here while a student at the recording conservatory, and it was good to find a place with a lease that was less than a year that didn’t charge extra. Never had to fight for the laundry machine. Never had to struggle with parking. Never felt scared at night walking around. As a single female, that was important to me. I only had one issue with bugs - termite hole in the wall. Maintenance came straightaway to spray the stuff and seal it up. Didn’t have any issues after it.
I stayed here for half a year and overall it's a very quiet, nice area. Mainantance responds very quickly. However, during the summer my apartment building got a roach infestation and it took about a month to clear up. Then I got slapped with an extra month's rent when I broke the lease even though the lease didn't mention how much a broken lease penalty would be and I was told there wasn't one when signing on. The older buildings that haven't been refurbished are from the 80s and it shows...
