Grande Oaks

At first they were great. Ownership/management has changed roughly 4 times. Almost every month now there’s an issue. Issues include water, stove, and fridge among a few. They don’t up keep the stairs or walls. Feel ashamed to even bring guest here. The gym has looked the same since I’ve been here. Terrible management and customer service. Waste of money experience and can’t wait to move

Staff doesn’t listen. Everytime I do one of these I express the concern and the need to update the gym and the car wash. And the safety of when having a routine maintenance call by having a schedule and expectation of buildings. Every apartment I’ve been in has been able to so there’s no excuse. And I’ve been here almost 3 years now

I love the apartments, they have a good layout, very spacious and comfortable to live quiet and relaxed, with good attention from the residential office, very friendly and friendly.

The neighborhood being me blasts music until 1 am every other day. I been at my place for over a year and I still do not have a drawer in my fridge. I’ve complained about this issue more times than I can count

A lovely place to live. The staff is friendly and the premises is nicely maintained. The location is excellent. We have lived here 12 years and find the experience enjoyable.

We have been living here for close to two years now. Maintenance is kind, the office holds community events, and it's a calm area. I haven't used the gym, but the pool is nice when it's open.

I was able to update my renters insurance and went by the leasing office to give update to the staff. Amazing reception from the staff. Love Love them.

This community was better when I first moved her but now continues to decline, some office staff is rude and doesn’t respond to emails causing you to have to keep calling. The trash areas are now constantly filthy and not clean as it use to be. Maintenance is poor and they just hire anyone. They never keep staff and always hiring new people.

I am a new resident and after speaking with neighbors and living here now I can honestly say I made a wonderful decision living here. The management team is wonderful and so nice. The apartments are beautiful and I am very grateful to have a great community to live in.

I like my apartment and the community so far. However my move in was very stressful, after experiencing multiple leaks, and mildew. Also having several knobs missing from cabinets as well as chipped paint. Office staff and maintenance are responsive, but still things remain unresolved.

Great place to be. Clean quiet nice neighborhood. Close to everything. Highway- Grocery stores- restaurants -Great staff. Maintenance done quickly when needed. I love my place.

Quiet place .. clean complex .. nice area .. kind neighbors.. but the company need to decrease the rent prices like other complexes in roswell cuz it's not easy to add 50 UD or 80 UD one time .. also some parents in the complexe need to watch their kids and behave them to do not make noise next to neighbors apartments or ring the door bell

I love living here, I find a lot of peace and tranquility, the admiration is of quality and good service, friendly and very cordial in everything.

Has neglected the gym. Keep waiting for them to put time in to improve it but been waiting over a year. The halls are always dirty and honestly it pointless being a gated community when none members can so easily get in.

The staff and maintenance team seem to have the property in good shape. Very helpful and efficient. A nice quiet community with a great central location.

I just moved here but everything has been wonderful! The staff is so nice and maintenance is super responsive and helpful. The neighbors are friendly. This definitely feels like home. It didn’t take long for my application to be approved and to have everything taken care of for move in. The only thing that needs improvement is the responsiveness of the property team when sending emails.

Love living here , it has its regular maintenance needs with being an older property , but overall it’s a great place to live . Chill environment

It's been a really good move in. I appreciate the office leasing agent Lisa, who tries extremely hard to make things easy for me. I love my new apartment.

Living here has been great so far, somewhere to call home but not long-term, the amenities is great, the landscaping could do better there are spider web in the bushes and the stairs can use some pressure washing.

Our apartment community is family oriented, quiet and convenient to GA 400. Our community is safe and most neighbors greet you with an smile. Our office staff are always having community based activities to participate in

Maintenance is quick to respond and act. It's a quiet area for the most part. Neighbors are quiet and active. There are decent ameneties. Management holds fun events every now and then.

I love living here. Very quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. Always enough parking for everyone. Kids park is nice too. As of right now I don't have any complaints.

Its okay but the community is nice and quiet. some imperfections seen in the appt unit but all in all. we have a good experience. neighbors are mostly in their stayed unit appt.

It's been wonderful moving into this community. The apartment is very cozy. The neighbors are friendly and the service at the office is wonderful.

Grande oaks is a very nice quiet, clean community. It is located near a lot of grocery stores and mall. It is also located near the highway making easier for work commute if you work far.

Community is great. I love the amenities it has to offer and it's clean from bugs and mold. When looking for a home I made sure to read the reviews and this was perfect

Overall Grande Oaks at Old Roswell is a nice to place to live. They do a good job keeping the grounds manicured. Although a new maintenance team has been hired, we do not know them well yet.

It’s a good and safety community, sometimes difficult to find parking in front our building, specially at night. The location is the best feature from this complex.

So very nice at the apartment community and enjoying to the pool. The residents are very nice and quite helpful. The complex is very well kept up.

I appreciate the fast and courteous service we got when the air conditioning was out! Amazing staff! They took care by bringing a portable air conditioning unit to the apartment and very friendly!

I’ve lived at Grande Oaks for 3 years and I love it. Maintenance is quick to respond and neighborhood is a small and quiet. Would recommend.

My family have lived here for almost 4 years. The community is safe Nice neighbors and great landscaping. I love how management have been intentional providing residential themes and activities

Amazing and wonderful place to live! I am happy having a safe and well-taken care of complex. I wish more apartment communities were like Grande Oaks Apartments.

Grande Oaks is a great community. It is calm and quaint. Whenever we have had issues, there have been quick maintenance responses. Overall a good place to live.

This complex tries to make things good for their tenants. They get to repairs asap. But the reason why I wouldn't give 5 stars is for the following reasons: 1. Gate fobs need to be reset on a regular basis. It's irritating. 2. There are a lot of bugs on the outside. I wish they'd do some spraying because there's all kinds of bugs. 3. There needs to be a play area for kids. I think they can afford one. 4. They basically did a bate and switch. We were shown a much nicer apartment than the one we got. 5. The leasing staff could a little nicer. Also, they say they are open on Saturday but most Saturdays they aren't there. They hardly answer the phone also. Otherwise, it's a great place. Very safe neighborhood. Convenient location.

Started to get very disappointed with management’s lack of attention to the amenities. They cant get the pool open on time for summer. I would have appreciated some honesty behind the pool being delayed way more than the poor excuse of the weather being the reason. We’ve had plenty of sunny days, kids are out of school, but no pool. Another frustrating thing is how neglected the gym has been. We used to have 2 benches, now there’s only one, we had plenty of those yoga mats and now there’s only one, some of the security pins for the machines don’t even work properly, now we’re also down to just one functional treadmill. The laundry room was “replaced” with a pet wash station that’s still non-existent. All in all things have been going downhill with the amenities. On the plus side the gate has been working properly and quickly fixed when necessary. The Amazon locker is also actively functioning now.

Have been living here for a year, and the A/C didn't work right from the start and they have been lax at getting it fixed. Between the water leaks inside the apt, the mold in and around the AC unit and vents, and the fact that it has taken them 5 days without any effort to fix a non-working AC (during the summer), has been frustrating for the amount that rent is (very high). The office is not always open when hours are posted. Nice community, but this struggle will force me to seek another complex.

Living here has been awesome! The place is super calm and clean, making it the perfect to relax after a busy day. One of the best things about this place is how comfortable the apartments are. Shoutout to Daniel and her colleagues in the leasing office – they are seriously amazing and always ready to lend a hand! Maintenance is also super quick to respond, which makes things really easy. So, if you’re looking for a chill, clean, and well-managed place, I totally recommend checking out Grande Oaks. You won’t regret it!

I love the community. It is clean. Nice neighbors and quite area. The landscaping is great and the amenities have been upgraded. The convenience to the nearest shopping centers are a plus as well

I love the fact how the residence input was taken serious. We recieved renovations to our amenities including a vending machine. Our gate stays operating which provides safety and security to the property. Our landscaping is pretty as well

My resident experience is phenomenal. I like how it is a quite community. We have not experienced any car theft or break ins. The landscaping is nice and I love that my school is only 10 mins away
