The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Grand View at Flatirons
Looking for a nice quiet apartment, do yourself a favor and keep looking. You would think that given the circumstances of the pandemic and the resulting safer at home order, our leasing office would attempt to make us feel comfortable at home, not so. Instead for the last eighteen months we have been plagued with nearly constant construction which make relaxing all but impossible. The situation has been further exacerbated as many of us are forced to work from home. Nearly everyday we have large crews of contractors drilling, sawing, operating large equipment, and making life hell for us residents. I wish I was exaggerating. Today we were privy to the sound of jackhammers and concrete saws at 7:45AM, no warning from the leasing office that work would be performed, or heads up given that our only entrance in and out of the building would be blocked. Rather than treating us like residents, our leasing office treats us as impediments to their projects as they desperately make aesthetic improvements so they can continue raising rent prices. They fail to communicate with residents, and during a recent asphalting project towed many residents cars because they failed to move them after receiving a poorly marked paper notice only twenty four hours in advance. Its pretty ridiculous. If you enjoy having to wear noise cancelling ear phones and adjusting plans because you've unexpectedly been trapped in your home by construction teams, by all means, sign a lease. Just know there are ample options for the amount of money this complex charges, hopefully some of those treat their residents with more consideration.

We are sorry to hear of your displeasure. We see you have posted as "anonymous". Please allow us to explain, we are in process of improving our beautiful complex and from time to time it will require some construction noises. We do take into consideration of our residents and ask that our contractors work during the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. We do send out notification about any upcoming work. We do sincerely apologize on this last construction that took place on 10/6/2020, as there was a few miscommunication . However, with the asphalt project, we sent out notice on 8/18/2020 and the project was done on 8/24 and 8/25/2020. Please reach out to the office, so we can make sure your contact information is up to date to ensure you are receiving our notifications. My name is Sue Tran and I am the Community Manager. Please reach out to me at stran@grandpeaks.com or call me at 303.666.9692. Thank you, Sue

Wait a couple of years to move here...I understand that improvements have to be made but it is like living on a job site. It is not possible to work from home because it is so loud. Everything on my deck is covered in dust and debris from the work and they often start before 8 am.

We love Grandview at Flatirons! We moved this October from Texas to Colorado. We absolutely love our apartment that has a beautiful mountain view from our balcony. The people in the leasing office are so kind and welcoming. We enjoy going on hikes around the trails with our dog. Overall, there's a sense of community here and everyone is so nice!
I share an apartment with my best friend Chelsea at the Flatirons Apartments at Grandview in Louisville, Colorado. It is a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, one bathroom in each bedroom, with a master/second bedroom kind of setup. Chelsea has the master, which is larger with a larger closet and a small patio, but her bathroom is just the tub and toilet in a separate little room. Her sink is in her bedroom. My bedroom is a bit smaller with a smaller closet, but with a lovely little walk in bathroom with brighter, bigger space. Both of our closets are huge walk in closets so we're satisfied. The rest of the apartment is brand new faux wood tiles. The bedrooms are down the end of a hallway leading out of the living room, and there are two large closets for storage in that hall as well as a laundry nook with doors to close it off when not being used. The living room itself is very large with a connected dining area and open floor plan going to the kitchen, which could use a little more counter space but is fully equipped with brand new appliances. There is a large sliding door in the living room that takes you out onto a nicely sized patio, where there is also a storage closet. All of this sounds very nice and lovely but it is very expensive! After rent, electric, Internet, pet rent, washer and dryer rental, and garbage pickup, we barely have enough left over for groceries. Both of us are full-time students with jobs and car payments, cell phone bills and the like so free rent sounds pretty good right about now!
This complex is quiet and convenient to Boulder and Denver. Plus, the mountain views and running/walking/cycling paths that run right behind it are awesome! Staff is friendly and units are nice.
The love of my life and I moved into our place in April and quickly made it a home. on the third/top floor of our building, we love our view of the amazing FlatIrons. Our first place together has quickly become our sanctuary, our love nest, our home. We often talk about our raising our first child here, letting out doggie and kitty children help, and growing our love every day. Even though we have high ceilings, our love it busing through the roof!
