Our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments are beautifully designed with modern fixtures and finishes, a full appliance package, and brand new hardwood floors. Extra large windows showcase a wealth of natural light, beaming throughout the open floor concept. Balconies are available in select residences. Graduate Pointe offers brand new controlled access technology, as well as security cameras along the exterior, and in common areas. Each home will also come with access to cold storage for deliveries, and video control access. Residents can choose to spend their down time on our furnished rooftop deck with panoramic views of the city’s skyline, or retire to our second floor terrace, which offers a fully equipped kitchen, multiple lounge areas, gaming, and custom garage doors that open to the outside lounge area outfitted with firepits and a grill. Covered parking is offered for an additional fee.
