Catfish Apartment

Absolutely horrible apartment. Do not be fooled by these photos. Popcorn walls, fake hardwood floors, paint peeling off from the floorboards, super poorly renovated. The so called $100k renovation is no where to be seen.

Great location, old building with problems

The location of the apartment is fantastic. Right on the border of Brentwood and West Los Angeles. The building however is anything but fantastic. There are termites that have been around for years. The elevator works but is rarely up to code with its inspections. One bright spot is the manager is good about taking care of problems and respond decently fast.
