Property Ratings at Goodwood Court at Mid-City
This property has completely changed the last two years. With new management, they have a new parking lot, new roof, added a playground. The grounds are clean and the property is quiet and hidden away. Do not miss out on this opportunity.
From the second I drove into this beautiful property I felt like I was home. As I walked into the office I was immediately greeted by the nicest leasing person who showed me the exact newly renovated one bedroom that I was looking for. Fortunately, it was right in my price range and that is when I knew that this was a perfect new home for me and my pup! I moved in one week ago and it could not have gone any better and now that I am all settled in, I highly recommend Goodwood Place at Mid-City!
They don’t fix anything till months later and threatened to put you out if you don’t wanna pay anything if nothing is fixed
They change management every few months then increase the rent over and over again. But they never fix anything in the apartments my sink has been clogged for months and the toilet flooded my apartment twice. And it took them a week to just send someone to look at it and all he did was turn it off
I stayed for about a year and it was great. just a couple of maintenance problems, but they were on time to fix it. I will DEFINITELY recommend Goodwood to anyone!!!!
These apartments are very well kept and is very accommodating to my needs and must have!!!
These apartments would be great IF they fixed the drainage problems
