To move in all adults living in home will need to be approved. Application fee is $45 per adult that will live on property. Move in requirements: If approved, First months rent + security deposit which is equal to 1 month rent for well qualified prospects + $295 non refundable fees +pet fees if applicable. Other fees may apply. Proof of renters insurance required before move in. Utilities not included. Water, sewer and garbage will be billed prorata through Axiom. No smoking.
