Good Dwelling is a great place to live. Beautiful modern building and amazing staff!
Ever since management switched to Level 10 Management, my experience at Good Dwelling has been terrible. Packages get stolen regularly, management is unresponsive and unhelpful with any situation, public spaces are not taken care of, absolutely no sense of community and taking care of shared things in this place. Even the carts to bring in groceries get stolen. I’ve talked to other residents who’ve had their cars broken into and hit, and unsurprisingly management does not do anything. Spend a little more money and go elsewhere. I have never been happier to move out of a place.
Set up an in person tour, just to wait around for 2 1/2 hours and not be shown anything. Called and emailed multiple times, and no response. This happened about 4 days ago, and I still haven’t gotten any type of email or call or text back about the missed tour on their part. Was hoping this was going to be a great place to move in and was very excited but now I see staff are very unprofessional.
Everyone in Minneapolis knows about Eat Street, but people need to know of Good Dwelling, a brand new building. The staff is super friendly and the updated units are a really good deal $/sq foot when compared to other units around town. Can’t beat the location!
Now with renovations mostly completed, Good Dwelling is perfect. It has the best views on Eat Street of downtown Minneapolis, wonderful sized balconies, new appliances, floors, granite counters, etc. I like the location in Whittier close proximity to everything including highways a well equipped fitness center. Management and staff so far are friendly and responsive. I think anyone interested in an apartment in Whittier, Uptown, or Downtown should check out Good Dwelling!

Moving from the East Coast. Been searching far & wide for an apartment complex with a little bit of customer service. Ethan (the manager from what I understand) was so easy to deal with and answered every single question. He was really in the know about the happenings in Minneapolis. Flew up, met him, and he gave me a detailed layout of the area surrounding this property. After several months of getting treated like just another tenant, Ethan talked to me in a kind and welcoming manner. I am eager for my move in day later this year!
