Golfview Condos

Has been a great experience living at Golf View so far. Great size units, good amounts of storage. Big closets. Right next to communities such as Altoona, Pleasant Hill, and access to DSM quickly.

Living at Golf View this past year or so has been really nice. Certainly an upgrade from the last place me and my partner lived at. We don’t imagine leaving anytime soon.

We love living here! Friendly staff, quiet neighborhood, and fast maintenance! They are always SOOO willing and speedy with addressing any concerns.

Very nice place has its own washer and dryer in unit they keep the grass and hallways clean ! Very nice quiet neighborhood 5min away from grocery stores! The down part of these apartments is the floors are hardwood so the floors are hallow if you live on first or second floor u will hear neighbors constantly walking around stomping ! You can also hear coughing and sneezing ! The walls on each side are fine the ceiling and floors are very thin got to keep your tv turned down so it won’t be a disturbance !

All of my neighbors are so nice, parking is never a problem for me, the office staff are incredible and knowledgeable on all of my questions. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Very nice place I love my apartment I enjoy having my own washer and dryer ! Sometimes it’s quiet when it is quiet it is very nice to enjoy silence when having a long day !

We enjoy living here for the most part. There are some things we wish management would pay closer attention to. Also, as most people are struggling financially, we think the rent costs are high for the quality of the buildings and space.

I've been in the same apartment for almost two years, I liked it here because they are always aware of everything, and they give good maintenance to the building.

We're freshly moved in but so far so good in my opinion. Haven't met any of our neighbors but I personally prefer to keep to myself, so it works out well haha. Though our neighbors have been quiet, which is also good!

It hasn’t been bad here just a few things here or there: Ants and spiders in my place along with hornet nests on patio. Dishwasher wasn’t installed correctly, boyfriend had to fix it. Vent needed another screw. Toilet was leaking Door handles were loose Blinds are fragile and easily break moving in but I have to pay 45$ to get it fixed when it should’ve been updated and checked prior. Wood tiles are warping and lifting. Door to patio won’t close correctly as it’s crooked. Paint/wallpaper on corner of walls are lifting from the wall showing “air bubbles” Getting charged for maintenance, my last building it was included for free.

Great place!!! It’s only 3 buildings which make it feel very neighborly. Always quiet, we never have a lot of traffic going in and out. The numerous dog stations are great for my dog.

It’s gotten better, maintenance is very friendly, glad they’re emptying the dumpster out more often.. just wish golfview had its own gym, swimming pool & playground.

So far pretty good been working on repairs in the home. Very quiet snd peaceful area. Love the space in the apartment! Working on the decor in my new place

In the nearly 4 years I have lived here I've seen a lot of changes in the way the property is maintained. Our dumpster situation is not the best; the company does a good job of getting the trash from the dumpster but the area surrounding is quite unkempt; I get in and out of there as quick as I can.

I have been very happy living here. The neighbors are friendly, but respectful of my privacy. My experience with the office staff has been that they gave been consistently helpful. The maintenance guys are pretty prompt and do a good job, not to mention they are also very considerate.

The only issue I gave is parking and guests having to be gone by eight. I do understand the reasoning though. Other than that I enjoy living here.

Great staff, quick to respond, have been in this apartment for 4yrs plus and have no major issues that will lead to strong feelings love it at golf view

The community is cool and kind. We haven't experienced any unnecessary noise or issues since my family and I moved here over four years ago. The only problem is some pets owners mainly dogs don't pick up their dogs pupu.

It has been decent so far. Took sometime to get the office staff to listen to our issues and get them resolved. Once that got done it has been good work g with them. Maintenance staff is really good also and usually on top of all issues when you file the paperwork.

It’s nice and quiet and clean the parking lot has slot of space when I get off work which is nice I don’t like parking far away the garbage man sometimes comes to early in the am I take off to work a little late

Sweet and understandable staff always willing to help and answer any questions. Quick maintenance team that does a thorough job. Quiet and friendly place to live!

It can be hard to reach people at the office at times. Be aware of how utilities are split. It’s different every month and is based on how many people are living in the unit and how much water is used. Definitely wasn’t expecting to pay $100-$200 for water alone. Need a different system for garbage too, other residents are just lazy and don’t know how to make their trash into the dumpster.

This place has treated me well so far! I’m new so I’m still trying to get unpacked and settled in. However, I can tell that this place will be a great home and community for a long while.

Everyone was very welcoming and patient when answering questions. Approval process was easy. I really appreciated the no headache process. GREAT STAFF!!!!

Golf view apartments - very friendly and nice apartments , very spacious and clean and great customer service and also they are animal friendly.

I have lived here for years, and they are always there if you have any questions or concerns. And there is no problem with waiting for any maintenance problems, they are there with one or 2 days!

Some individuals have no respect or regard for their neighbors. Whether that's being loud on their patios or loud music, leaving trash in parking lot, etc. it's not the best community. However, Haverkamp does their best to address any issues if its brought to their attention.

Very friendly staff. However, was not given the unit that was originally shown to us so it threw off what we had planned furniture wise and the unit we were given had lots of small damages and other maintenance issues.

It’s been one year since I moved into my apartment at Golf View. I can without a doubt say this has been a very pleasurable year! From the office staff to other residents, the friendliness can not be outdone. The building is kept very clean and the apartments are well maintained. I enjoy my apartment and my balcony so very much. It’s very quiet here . . . . . Except for the delightful chirping of the birds. It can’t get much better than this!

Living at golf view apartments has been a great experience so far. They have wonderful staff in the office. And the residents are friendly. I love my apartment.

My boyfriend and I have lived at golf view for 4 years. Very nice property we just hate the parking situation. We can’t have company over past 8 or there car gets towed

I live at golf view and the maintenance staff are always really friendly and helpful. I've lived in haverkamp properties for over 3 years and have had no problems.

The apartment is very nice but has some challenges. 1, the parking space 2, no security, 3, the maintenance takes for ever to repair or replace staff.

My boyfriend and I have lived in the golf view complex for almost 4 years and no complaints! Super nice area to live in especially if you have children!

Las unidades están muy bien conservadas. Los requerimientos son tratados de manera inmediata,y el personal muy amable.lo que pienso que deberían cambiar un poco el es incremento de la renta después de vencerse el contrato. Eso hace que uno considere ver otras opciones por fuera.

Emily and everyone involved in my process from the meet and greet to moving in has been extraordinarily friendly, courteous and professional. I'll recommend my friends and family who may be looking in the future.

My experience living at Golf View has been a pleasant one so far. They're very friendly and helpful. I love my new apartment and the staff is amazing!

We are all like family here. I have made friends and good neighbors here. The maintenance staff is OUTSTANDING! By the time I call/email a problem they are there within minutes to fix any issues. I live alone and so happy here...I feel really safe.

Love it. Great customer service. Wish they would offer longer leases or discounts for staying with them longer. All in all a very good place to live.

Very good experience, very quiet the building I like that, the room is spacious so far everything is fine with the neighbors we are all very quiet.

Helpfully in answering all questions and helping with the paperwork. Very cheerful staff when meeting in person and talking on the phone. Also prompt to checking on issues that may arise

Double and triple check facts with the leasing agent before agreeing to sign a lease! I asked in writing and in person if the unit had carpet or hardwood because I needed a place with hardwood due to kids and pets. After getting confirmation in writing that the unit had hardwood, i signed the lease. I asked to see the place before moving in, and low and behold the unit has WHITE CARPET. I confronted the leasing agent at that time and he “didn’t remember” telling me that until I mentioned I had it in writing, then he remembered. They did put in the lease I won’t have to pay for carpet cleaning when I leave, but just make sure they’re behind honest about what you’re getting!

There is no visitor parking and they will be towed within a handful of hours. When I brought this issue up to management I was brushed off.

Golfview used to be considered a nicer place to live with nice golf course views. However, that has started to change over the years with the Ironwood buildings being built. I’ve lived here for 4 years and the biggest problem is the lack of parking. Recently, management has changed the rules and only allows a max of two spots per unit (2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms), which drops to a single spot if you have a garage. With no visitor spaces, you are forced to have your guests park in a nearby subdivision and walk through someone’s yard. The issues within the units are leaky windows and extremely thin walls. At times it feels like you are living in a 200 year old building. The conditions of the units could stand to be updated as the appliances are not the newest and the maintenance problems continue to go unsolved. The past month we have seen MANY tenants leave due to the shady politics of the propety managers.

Golfview is a great place to live! The staff are super helpful and the maintenance team is very quick to complete orders. The common areas are well maintained and the staff are very good at keeping their residents informed of the latest news.

Beautiful apartments, spacious rooms, vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, maintenance staff is fabulous. We don't have amenities on site but are able to use the ones at a sister property in town. These apartments are just what we needed to hold us over until were able to buy our first home.
