Original wood floors, In unit Laundry, Bike Room, and Lots of Charm make these units stand out from the rest. Prospective Applicants should bring with them 2 separate forms of payment, one for the application screening fee(s) of $40 per adult and one for the reservation/holding deposit of 1/2 the stated monthly rent.
