Located 30 minutes from Washington D.C., Glenarden is a small suburb determined to bring new life to the community. Glenarden is filled with new townhomes and apartments, single family homes, classic bungalows, and traditional brick homes. Glenarden is home to residents who have lived here for generations, but it also attracts new families because of its access to good schools. The town recently added the Woodmore Towne Centre, a massive outdoor shopping mall with a variety of stores and restaurants.

Neighbors here are very close and unite throughout the year with community events. For even more fun, residents ride death-defying roller coasters at Six Flags America, just 10 minutes away. Let’s see what’s in store

First impression is everything and the management office seem unorganized. The wait times to address current and future tenants were long. I think they have a backlog. They did their best to assist everyone . Victoria was extremely helpful. The other leasing assistants were as well. Hopefully when reaching out to maintenance it will be a smooth process. Again, the leasing office consultants were knowledgeable and very helpful. The 2 and 3 bedrooms are very nice. The neighborhood is quiet at night . I thank Penrose for making the community/development affordable. I look forward to my new home and can’t wait to provide an update after I move in!
